Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ガス混合物、特に内燃機関からの排気ガスのラムダ値を測定するための、セ ラミック支持体上に配置された外側および内側のポンプ電極を備えた平坦なポラ ログラフィーゾンデであって、内側ホンブ電極に測定ガスは拡散バリアを介して 供給可能でありゾンデは前方および2つの側面の端面を有している形式のものに おいて、拡散バリアが拡散層(19)として構成されており、この拡散層は少な くとも部分的に内側のポンプ電極(16)を覆っており、かつゾンデの少なくと も1つの端面が測定ガスに対して露出されていることを特徴とする平坦なポラロ グラフィーゾンデ。 2.拡散層(19)がゾンデの幅全体に及んでおり、従ってゾンデの前方および 両方の側面の端面が測定ガスに対して露出されている請求項1記載のゾンデ。 3.拡散層(19)が、それぞれゾンデの両方の側面に残留する平坦な領域にま で及んでおり、その結果、拡散層(19)は少なくとも部分的に前方の端面が測 定ガスに対して露出されている請求項1記載のゾンデ。 4.拡散層が設けられていない平坦な領域がレベリング層(17)を備えている 請求項2または3記載のゾンデ。 5.レベリング層(17)は前方の端面に向かって切欠(18)を有し、その際 、レベリング層(17)は両方の側面の端面に沿って前方の端面まで案内されて おり、切欠(18)中に拡散層(19)が配置されており、その結果、拡散層( 19)は少なくとも部分的に前方の端面が測定ガスに対して露出されている請求 項4記載のゾンデ。 6.多重加工区分は多数のゾンデを設定しており、拡散層(19)は多重加工区 分の幅全体および個々の加工区分の前方の端部を越えてはみだして適用される請 求項1記載のゾンデ。 7.多重加工区分の拡散層が設けられていない平坦な領域が、多重加工区分の全 体にわたり延びるレベリング層(17)で覆われている請求項6記載のゾンデ。 8.多重加工区分は多数のゾンデを設定しており、それぞれの加工区分が拡散層 (19)を、拡散層が加工区分の前方のエッジをはみだし、それぞれの加工区分 の両方の側面に残留するウェブにまで延びているように有している請求項1記載 のゾンデ。 9.多重加工区分の拡散層が設けられていない平坦な領域を覆うレベリング層( 17)を備えている請求項8記載のゾンデ。 l0.セラミック支持体上に外側および内側のボンブ電極を備え、内側ボンブ電 極は拡散バリアを介して測定ガスを案内可能であり、多重加工区分がゾンデ用の セラミック支持体上に設けられた多数の加工区分のために使用され、加工区分は 前方のエッジに沿って平行に配置されている、ガス混合物、特に内燃機関の排気 ガスのラムダ値を測定するための平坦なポラログラフィーゾンデを製造する方法 において、加工層(19)が個々の加工区分(S)の少なくとも前方のエッジを はみだして設けられていることを特徴とするポラログラフィーゾンデの製造方法 。 11.拡散層(19)が個々の加工区分の前方のエッジおよび多重加工区分の両 側のエッジが全面ではみだして設けられている請求項10記載の方法。 12.それぞれの加工区分が拡散層(19)を備えており、この拡散層は個々の 加工区分の前方のエッジをはみだしており、それぞれの加工区分の側面のエッジ で少なくとも狭いウェブが切欠かれている請求項10記載の方法。 13.拡散層が設けられていない平坦な多重加工区分の領域に、拡散層の厚さと ほぼ同じ厚さを有するレベリング層(17)が設けられている請求項10または 11記載の方法。
