Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase sound insulating ability, by forming a groove so as to reach the second layer of the superficial face side of a plywood from the rear face of the decorative plywood and sticking a buffering material composed of a fiber mat layer and a foamed layer. CONSTITUTION:Grooves 3 are formed so as to reach the second layer veneer from the superficial face of a plywood 1, out of the rear face of the 5-ply wood 1 forming a decorative layer 2 having a fancy veneer or a decorative sheet stuck to the surface thereof. A buffering material 7 forming protrusions 4 of a fiber mat layer 5, applied by natural rubber or synthetic resin or immersed in them, and also forming a foamed layer 6 at the opposite face are stuck at the rear face of the plywood 1. Accordingly, an excellent sound insulating and sufficiently strong floor member can be formed.

Hereinafter, the wood-based soundproof flooring material of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 is a 5-ply plywood, and a decorative layer 2 may be formed by pasting a nameplate veneer or a decorative synthetic resin sheet on this surface, or by painting. Then, the groove 3 is formed from the back surface of the 5-ply plywood 1 so as to reach the second-layer veneer from the front surface side of the plywood.
The groove width of the groove 3 is 1.5 to 3 mm, and the groove pitch is 10 to 25 m.
m is preferable in consideration of productivity, soundproofness, strength, etc.,
It is not limited to this. By forming the groove 3 in this way, it is possible to improve the soundproof performance of the wooden soundproof floor material. The groove 3 is formed so as to reach the second layer veneer from the surface side of the plywood because it is preferable to form the groove as deep as possible, but if it is too deep, the bending strength of the wood-based soundproof floor material will be increased. Since the wood-based soundproofing floor material may fall apart during transportation and construction, it should be left up to the second layer from the surface of the plywood. There are two ways to leave the second layer, that is, a case where the groove is formed to reach the second layer and a case where the groove is formed to the middle of the second layer.

As the fiber mat layer 5 of the cushioning material 7 attached to the back surface of the wooden board 1, polyester fibers, polypropylene fibers, nylon fibers or the like is matted by, for example, a needle punching method and the convex portions 4 are formed thereon. On the front surface, the back surface or both surfaces thereof, and sprayed with a liquid material such as natural rubber, synthetic rubber such as methylmethacrylate rubber (MGR) or styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), synthetic resin having adhesiveness, rolls or the like. It is preferable to apply it with a brush so that the convex portions 4 do not easily disappear, in other words, the elasticity is not lost during use. In order to maintain this elasticity, it is preferable that the liquid material to be applied has elasticity when cured or dried. The fiber mat layer 5 may be composed of one kind of fiber, or may be composed of two or more kinds of fibers (for example, 80% polyester fiber and 20% polypropylene fiber) mixed together. Note that the thickness is not limited to 2 to 5 mm (including the height of the convex portion). As the foamed layer 6, synthetic rubber such as natural rubber, methylmethacrylate rubber (MGR) or styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), or synthetic resin such as urethane resin or polyethylene resin is applied on the fiber mat layer 5 to have a thickness. Those that are foamed while being regulated are preferable. The foam layer 6 has a thickness of 1 to 3 m.
m is preferred, and this foam layer 6 and the above-mentioned fiber mat layer 5
Although the total thickness of the cushioning material 7 composed of 3 to 7 mm is preferable,
It is not limited to this. If the thickness is too thin, the sound insulation effect is poor, and if the thickness is too thick, there is an economical problem, but there is a drawback that the floorboard sinks greatly when walking on the floorboard. When forming the foam layer 6, fine irregularities may be formed on the surface of the foam layer 6 to improve the adhesiveness when the foam layer 6 is bonded to the plywood 1. In addition, the foaming of the foam layer 6 may be a closed cell type to impart moisture resistance to the cushioning material.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the plywood 1 is cut to produce an elongated rectangular plate material 8,
The plates are shifted slightly in the vertical direction so that the plane shape becomes stepwise, and they are joined by the male and female groves 10. The male and female groves 9 and 10 are slightly bent at the joints and It is loosely joined to the unevenness so that it fits easily, the hot melt resin 11 having a little flexibility after curing is injected into the groove on the back surface of the joining portion and joined, and the cushioning material 7 is attached to the entire back surface. May be.

[Example 1] Thickness 9 mm, size 30 cm x 180 cm
A groove was formed from the back surface of the oak veneer-bonded decorative plywood in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction thereof and from the front surface side of the plywood to the second-layer veneer. The groove width of this groove was 2 mm, and the groove pitch was 20 mm. On the back surface of this decorative plywood, a polyester base cloth is entangled with polyester fibers by a needle punching method, and a convex portion is formed on the back surface, and
A desired flooring material is obtained by applying a 6 mm-thick cushioning material obtained by coating and foaming a butadienestyrene rubber foam composition on the side opposite to the above-mentioned projections of a 4 mm-thick fiber mat layer with projections onto which latex is sprayed and applied. Was manufactured.

[Example 2] The decorative plywood used in Example 1 was cut, and male and female groves were formed on four sides to obtain a thickness of 9.0 m.
An elongated rectangular plate material having a length of m, a width of 6 cm, and a length of 90 cm was produced, and five sheets were vertically displaced by a predetermined dimension so that the planar shape was stepwise. The male and female ridges are slightly joined at the joints and are loosely joined so that they easily fit into the irregularities of the base. Melt resin was injected and joined. Then, Example 1 is formed on the entire back surface thereof.
The desired cushioning material was manufactured by sticking the cushioning material used in 1. above.
