The present invention relates to a wood-based sound-insulating floor material characterized in that the lower resin-impregnated nonwoven fabric is softer and less sparse, and a waterproof layer is formed on the back surface of the lower resin-impregnated nonwoven fabric.

Plywood, particle board, hard board, LVL (parallel plywood) and the like are used. The decorative layer 2 may be formed by sticking a precious wood veneer or a decorative synthetic resin sheet on the surface of the wooden board 1 or applying a coating.

The resin-impregnated non-woven fabric 3 having a two-layer structure has a lower layer of the resin-impregnated non-woven fabric 5 in which the lower layer is slightly thicker than the upper layer of the resin-impregnated non-woven cloth 4 in contact with the wooden board, and is made of a synthetic resin such as polyurethane resin or urea resin. Joined by resin or rubber latex. This is because the upper resin-impregnated nonwoven fabric 4 in contact with the wooden board is made more dense than the lower resin-impregnated nonwoven fabric 5 to prevent penetration of the adhesive used when bonding to the wood board. This is because when the adhesive permeates and cures, the buffering property of the resin-impregnated nonwoven fabric 4 is reduced, and the soundproofing effect is reduced. The lower layer of the resin-impregnated nonwoven fabric 5 is softer and less sparse, thereby improving the soundproofing due to the buffering effect. However, even if it is too soft, the sinking of the flooring material increases, and the walking feeling when walking on it is increased. Gets worse.

In this case, a resin-impregnated sheet formed by entangling fibers may be used. As a method for impregnating the resin, a spray impregnation method using a spray, an impregnation method using a coating roll, and the like are generally considered, but are not limited thereto.

The waterproof layer 6 is obtained by heat-sealing a synthetic resin sheet to the back surface of the lower resin-impregnated nonwoven fabric. In this way, the wood-based sound-insulating floor material of the present invention is directly adhered to the concrete floor surface directly with an adhesive. At times, the adhesive is prevented from penetrating from the back surface of the lower resin-impregnated nonwoven fabric.
The waterproof layer 6 is preferably an olefin resin sheet such as a polyethylene resin or a polypropylene resin, but is not limited thereto.

Form a groove. By forming the grooves in this way, the soundproofing performance of the wooden soundproof flooring can be improved. The reason why the grooves are formed so as to reach the second layer veneer from the surface side of the plywood is that it is preferable to form the grooves as deep as possible. However, if the grooves are too deep, the bending strength of the wood-based soundproof flooring material is extremely high. The wooden soundproof flooring material may fall apart during operation and construction, so it should be kept from the plywood surface to the second layer. Remaining up to the second layer can be considered in two cases, that is, the case where the groove is cut to reach the second layer and the case where the groove is cut halfway to the second layer.

The male and female knurls 8 and 9 are joined together at the joints so that the male and female knurls 8 and 9 can be slightly bent at the joints and loosely connected to the irregularities on the base, and the groove on the back of the joint After hardening, a hot-melt resin 10 having some flexibility after being cured may be injected and bonded, and a two-layer resin-impregnated nonwoven fabric may be adhered to the entire back surface.

A waterproof layer was formed to form a resin-impregnated nonwoven fabric having a thickness of 4.0 mm. The above resin-impregnated nonwoven fabric was adhered to the back surface of a decorative plywood in which a 0.3 mm-thick oak veneer was adhered to the surface of a 5-ply plywood having a thickness of 9.0 mm to produce a desired floor material.

The sheets were staggered by a certain dimension in the vertical direction so that the plane shape was stepped. The male and female knurls are loosely joined so that they can be slightly bent at the joints and fit easily into the irregularities of the base, and have a slight flexibility after curing in the grooves on the back surface of the joints. Melt resin was injected and joined. Then, the resin-impregnated nonwoven fabric having the two-layer structure used in Example 1 was adhered to the entire back surface to produce a desired floor material.

優れている。Since the present invention is constructed as described above, it can be used for bonding a wooden board to a two-layer resin-impregnated nonwoven fabric, and also to apply the wood-based acoustic flooring material of the present invention to a concrete floor surface. Also in bonding, the adhesive hardly penetrates the resin-impregnated nonwoven fabric, and does not lower the buffering property of the resin-impregnated nonwoven fabric, so that the soundproofing is very excellent.
