There are many parts, and it is easier to form the breather tube b, which constitutes the gas venting of the upper layer of the fuel tank, integrally with the fuel filler pipe a because it is easy to assemble into the chassis or body because of the resin. There are many things to create. However, since a cap is provided by screwing or the like at the oil injection port into which the oil injection gun is inserted, a metal retainer c is fitted and reinforced as is well known. However, the mating partner is formed of an electrically non-conductive resin material, and since static electricity charged in the retainer c cannot be grounded, one end of the ground wire d is connected to the metal retainer c, and a fuel filler pipe or the like is attached and supported. Although the other end of the earth wire d is connected to the chassis or body of the automobile, there is a drawback in that the number of mounting steps is large.

There is an inventive step that can be automatically configured with the installation of the vehicle on the chassis or body.
