<発明の要点> 前述の目的を達成するため、射出成形機の加熱シリンダ
のスクリュ前進限時における逆流防止弁の位置より下流
側の加熱シリンダ部に第1の圧力検出器を配設し、ノズ
ル部に第2の圧力検出器を配設し、2つの圧力検出器が
検出する圧力の偏差が予め設定した基準値となるよう射
出充填工程の速度制御または圧力制御を行うことを特徴
とする射出成形機の射出制御方法とした。

図示)から供給される材料樹脂をスクリュヘッド3の前
方へと移送し、スクリュヘッド3の前方の空隙部4へ一
定量蓄積した後(スクリュ自身は後退位置となる)、空
隙部4へ蓄積した材料樹脂を金型キャビティ5内へ射出
するべく前進限位置まで前進するようになっている。
(図示した位置) この際スクリュ2には材料樹脂のホッパ側へ(図中右方
向)の逆流防止弁6が取付てある。7は前記スクリュ2
の前進限位置にあるとき、逆流防止弁6より下流(図中
左側)側に設けた圧力センサ。8は前記圧力センサより
更に下流に設けた第2の圧力センサである。9は金型キ
ャビティ5と加熱シリンダ1の先端部のノズル孔10を
結ぶスプルーである。11は変換器で前記圧力センサ7
で検出した圧力P1と第2の圧力センサ8で検出した圧力
P2を電圧に変換するものである。12は演算部で前記変
換器11で変換された圧力P1およびP2を入力とし、P2
P1を演算し、射出速度又は射出圧力制御部13へ入力信
号として送るようになっている。この時前記制御部13
へ予め設定器15に設定してある圧力偏差値の基準値を
入力し、射出用のサーボ弁または電磁比例弁14を閉ル
ープ制御するようになっている。
