That is, according to the direct method, the fragrance is significantly dissipated during the production of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, and the fragrance period of the product is remarkably short. The powder method has the same problem as the direct method in terms of fragrance release and fragrance release time, but has the same problem. If the inorganic porous powder contains water, the amount of fragrance adsorbed decreases. In addition, foaming may occur during production. In the case of the microcapsule method, the aroma is not started unless the microcapsules are destroyed by an external force, but in the method of causing the destruction during the production of the adhesive sheet, the fragrance dissipates before use and destroys after commercialization. The operation is extremely troublesome. The cyclodextrin method has the same problem as the microcapsule method because it does not emit aroma unless the cyclodextrin is destroyed by heat. The object of the present invention is, in particular, an aromatic pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet which has a small amount of perfume dissipated during the production of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, does not cause foaming, emits aroma even after application of heat or external force, and has a long aroma period. To provide.

Examples of the drug include a fragrance, a repellent, a deodorant, a fungicide, a bactericide, an insecticide, an insecticide, an antiseptic, a rodenticide, an antirust agent, and the like, and a mixture thereof. Although non-volatile chemicals can be used at room temperature, volatile chemicals are more versatile. The drug may be a solid, but since a liquid is more convenient to use, a solid solvent may be used as a solution in the case of being a solid.

In the former method, after mixing the raw material plastic and the drug, the raw material plastic is melted by an extruder, a roll mill, etc., the mixture is kneaded, granulated, and, if necessary, powdered. In the latter method, granular powder having a predetermined particle size is dipped in a liquid drug to impregnate the powder and granules with the drug.

For example, when using a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet containing a deodorant or a perfume in a simple vacuum cleaner in which the pressure-sensitive adhesive surface is wound around a free roll, when using a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, aluminum foil or plastic film is used as the base material. Paper, cloth, non-woven fabric, etc. can be used, and there is no limitation on the thickness of the base material, the drug permeability, and the like. However, in the aroma label to be applied by sticking, since the fragrance component passes through the base material and emits aroma, the base material must be drug-permeable. For example, paper, cloth, non-woven fabric, drug-permeable plastic film, perforated aluminum foil and the like are used. Even with the same plastic film, the permeability changes depending on the type of drug. For example, nylon films that exhibit good barrier properties (impermeable) to oxygen are permeable to most perfumes. Further, the rust preventive dicyclohexylammonium nitrite does not permeate through the polyethylene film, but the fungicide α-bromocinnamic aldehyde permeates through the polyethylene film well.

Therefore, the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet in which the base material is coated with the composition in which the EVA powder or granular material containing a fragrance is mixed in the pressure-sensitive adhesive, emits a fragrance for a long period of time. The average particle size of the granules is extremely important, and if the particle size is 1 μm or less, the fragrance period is extremely short, 1 mm.
Above, it is uneconomical because a part of the fragrance remains in the core and does not contribute to fragrance release. When a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having a fragrance-permeable base material is attached to an article, the fragrance permeates the base material and is diffused.

Natural rubber 100 parts by weight Tackifying resin 50 〃 Perfume-containing thermoplastic powder granules 10 〃 Toluene 1000 〃 The above-mentioned perfume-containing thermoplastic powder granules have a particle size of 50% by weight containing a commercially available lemon-based fragrance. .05 mm
It is an EVA powder granule. The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition having the above composition was applied to medium-thick high-quality paper with a normal small coater and dried to obtain a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having a coating amount (solid content) of about 10 g / m 2 . During the above-mentioned drying, there was no foaming, and the amount of perfume diffused into the room was small. The obtained adhesive sheet is cut into 5 cm × 10 cm,
When the surface of the adhesive was lightly pressed against clothes and used for dust removal, fine dust was well removed, and the sheet itself emitted the scent of lemon for about one month.

Except for using 20 parts by weight of powder and granules, the same operation was carried out to obtain a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition containing a mildew-proofing agent. This pressure-sensitive adhesive composition was applied to the back surface of a vinyl chloride wallpaper with a conventional small coater and dried to obtain a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having a coating amount of about 20 g / m 2 . When the obtained pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet was attached to a wooden wall and peeled off after 2 years, generation of mold was not observed.
