【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は、電気泳動に使用される支持体の取り

緩衝液を支持体に含浸せしめ、その両側に電圧
を印加することにより該支持体上の試料を泳動せ

り扱いが禁止されている等、慎重かつ丁寧さを必
要とするものであるが、泳動時以下に示す点が、
試料の正確な分析を阻んでいた。即ち、緩衝液を
含浸した支持体し、電気的に導電性を有するもの
の、同時に電気的抵抗を具備している。この抵抗
は、支持体に電圧を印加した際、発熱の原因とな
る。この熱は、緩衝液又は試料を蒸散させてしま
うことになり、支持体の乾燥を促すことにより泳
