Claims (1)
形工具回転モータと、前記ユニツトハウジングに
回転可能に軸支されたドレツサスピンドルと、該
ドレツサスピンドルの前端に連結された成形工具
ホルダと、前記ドレツサスピンドルの回転軸線に
対して直角な軸線まわりに揺動可能に前記成形工
具ホルダに軸支された成形工具と、前記成形工具
を揺動させる成形工具揺動モータと、前記ドレツ
サスピンドルの中空部を貫通して前記成形工具回
転モータに連結され、かつ該回転モータの回転力
を前記成形工具に伝達する成形工具回転機構と、
前記成形工具揺動モータの揺動力を前記ドレツサ
スピンドルに伝達する成形工具揺動機構とを有す
ることを特徴とする砥石成形ユニツト。 (2) 2軸制御可能な砥石車を有し、かつ前記砥
石車の成形面に対し常に法線方向から接触するよ
うに制御される砥石成形ユニツトを有する成形研
削盤において、前記砥石成形ユニツトは、ユニツ
トハウジングの後端に固着された成形工具回転モ
ータと、前記ユニツトハウジングに回転可能に軸
支されたドレツサスピンドルと、該ドレツサスピ
ンドルの前端に連結された成形工具ホルダと、前
記ドレツサスピンドルの回転軸線に対して直角な
軸線まわりに揺動可能に前記成形工具ホルダに軸
支された成形工具と、該成形工具を揺動させる成
形工具揺動モータと、前記ドレツサスピンドルの
中空部を貫通して前記成形工具回転モータに連結
され、かつ該回転モータの回転力を前記成形工具
に伝達する成形工具回転機構と、前記成形工具揺
動モータの揺動力を前記ドレツサスピンドルに伝
達する成形工具揺動機構とを有し、前記砥石成形
ユニツトが該ユニツトの前記ドレツサスピンドル
の軸線が主軸台の軸線と平行となるように前記砥
石車の近傍のベツド側に設置されることを特徴と
する成形研削盤。 (3) 前記ユニツトハウジングは前記主軸台の側
部に取り付けられ、前記成形工具揺動機構は前記
主軸台の主軸に伝動連結され、これによつて前記
成形工具揺動モータが前記主軸台の主軸モータを
兼ねることを特徴とする請求項第2項に記載した
成形研削盤。 (4) 前記砥石成形ユニツトは前記主軸台および
心押台と分離してワークテーブル上に設置される
ことを特徴とする請求項第2項に記載した成形研
