Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the productivity by preventing wrinkles with the recessed roll, and preventing the meandering by lowering the roll end part of meandering side, and elevating the opposite end part if the sheet meanders, by moving the sheet to the elevated side. CONSTITUTION:Wrinkles are prevented by giving the recessed crown to the roll and generating the tensile force in the sheet lateral direction. And if the bilateral balance is fallen down, the sheet 2 meanders easily. The roll chock 6, 6 to support the roll 1 is connected with the supporting frame 3 of U shape. An intermediate part of this supporting frame is pivotaly supported with the jig 4 for rotating through the bearing component 5. 品質の向上も図ることができる。
