Description
(A)少なくとも1種のポリエーテルポリオールと、
(B)少なくとも1種のポリイソシアネートと、
(C)少なくとも1種のC2~C20ポリオールと
を重合させて得ることができる、ラミネートによって達成された。
本発明によれば、ラミネートは、少なくとも1種の第1の金属の少なくとも1つの第1の層、およびポリマー組成物(PC)の少なくとも1つの更なる層を含む。
本発明によれば、ポリマー組成物(PC)は、少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリウレタン(TPU)を含む。
本発明によれば、ポリマー組成物(PC)は、少なくとも以下の成分:
(A)少なくとも1種のポリエーテルポリオールと、
(B)少なくとも1種のポリイソシアネートと、
(C)少なくとも1種のC2~C20ポリオールと
を重合させて得ることができる、少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリウレタンを含む。
本発明によれば、成分(A)は、少なくとも1種のポリエーテルポリオールである。
本発明によれば、成分(B)は、少なくとも1種のポリイソシアネートである。
成分(C)は、少なくとも1種のC2~C20ポリオールである。
本発明のラミネートは、当業者に公知の任意の方法により製造することができる。ラミネートが連続的方法において製造されるのが好ましい。
a)少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリウレタン(TPU)を含むポリマー組成物(PC)のフィルムを生成する工程であり、少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリウレタン(TPU)が、少なくとも以下の成分:
(A)少なくとも1種のポリエーテルポリオールと、
(B)少なくとも1種のポリイソシアネートと、
(C)少なくとも1種のC2~C20ポリオールと
を重合させて得ることができる、工程と、
b)少なくとも1種の第1の金属の第1のシートを加熱する工程と、
c)工程b)からの加熱済み第1のシートを、工程a)で生成されたフィルムと共にプレスして、ラミネートを得る工程と
を含む、方法において製造される。
a)少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリウレタン(TPU)を含むポリマー組成物(PC)のフィルムを生成する工程であり、少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリウレタン(TPU)が、少なくとも以下の成分:
(A)少なくとも1種のポリエーテルポリオールと、
(B)少なくとも1種のポリイソシアネートと、
(C)少なくとも1種のC2~C20ポリオールと
を重合させて得ることができる、工程と、
b)少なくとも1種の第1の金属の第1のシートを加熱する工程と、
c)工程b)からの加熱済み第1のシートを、工程a)で生成されたフィルムと共にプレスして、ラミネートを得る工程と
を含む、方法も提供する。
a)少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリウレタン(TPU)を含むポリマー組成物(PC)のフィルムを生成する工程であり、少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリウレタン(TPU)が、少なくとも以下の成分:
(A)少なくとも1種のポリエーテルポリオールと、
(B)少なくとも1種のポリイソシアネートと、
(C)少なくとも1種のC2~C20ポリオールと
を重合させて得ることができる、工程と、
b)少なくとも1種の第1の金属の第1のシートを加熱する工程と、
b1)少なくとも1種の第2の金属の第2のシートを加熱する工程と、
c)工程a)で生成されたフィルムを、工程b)で加熱された第1のシートと工程b1)で加熱された第2のシートとの間に位置させて、工程b)で加熱された第1のシートおよび工程b1)で加熱された第2のシートを、工程a)で生成されたフィルムと共にプレスして、ラミネートを得る工程と
を含む。
a)少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリウレタン(TPU)を含むポリマー組成物(PC)のフィルムを生成する工程であり、少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリウレタン(TPU)が、少なくとも以下の成分:
(A)少なくとも1種のポリエーテルポリオールと、
(B)少なくとも1種のポリイソシアネートと、
(C)少なくとも1種のC2~C20ポリオールと
を重合させて得ることができる、工程と、
b)少なくとも1種の第1の金属の第1のシートを加熱する工程と、
b1)少なくとも1種の第2の金属の第2のシートを加熱する工程と、
c)工程a)で生成されたフィルムを、工程b)で加熱された第1のシートと工程b1)で加熱された第2のシートとの間に位置させて、工程b)で加熱された第1のシートおよび工程b1)で加熱された第2のシートを、工程a)で生成されたフィルムと共にプレスして、ラミネートを得る工程と
を含む、方法も提供する。
熱可塑性ポリウレタン
TPU1:Elastollan 1174 D(熱可塑性ポリウレタン、BASF SE製、MDI/ポリエーテロールコポリマー)
TPU2:Elastollan 1283 D11(熱可塑性ポリウレタン、BASF SE製、MDI/ポリエーテロールコポリマー)
TPU3:Elastollan C74 D(熱可塑性ポリウレタン、BASF SE製、MDI/ポリエステロールコポリマー)
第1および第2の金属:
鋼
表1に指定した量の表1に指定したポリマーを、CTW100押出機を備えたHaake PolyLab QCを用いて230℃にて化合して、ポリマー組成物を得、幅100mmのスロットフィルムダイを通して押出した。得られたストランドを、幅20cmの水冷ロールの手段によって加工して、少なくとも幅5mmおよび厚さ420μmのフィルムを形成し、巻き上げた。表1に指定する量は、すべて質量百分率である。
Claims (15)
- 少なくとも1種の第1の金属の少なくとも1つの第1の層、および少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリウレタン(TPU)を含むポリマー組成物(PC)の少なくとも1つの更なる層を含むラミネートであって、前記少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリウレタン(TPU)が、少なくとも以下の成分:
(A)少なくとも1種のポリエーテルポリオールと、
(B)少なくとも1種のポリイソシアネートと、
(C)少なくとも1種のC2~C20ポリオールと
を重合させて得ることができ、
前記少なくとも1種の第1の金属が、鋼であり、
前記ポリマー組成物(PC)の、ISO527-1:2012による弾性率が800~1400MPaである、ラミネート。 - 追加的に、少なくとも1種の第2の金属の少なくとも1つの第2の層を含み、前記少なくとも1つの第1の層が、前記少なくとも1つの第2の層に、少なくとも1つの更なる層を介して接合している、請求項1に記載のラミネート。
- 前記少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリウレタン(TPU)が、-150℃~20℃の範囲内のガラス転移温度(TG(TPU))を有する、請求項1または2に記載のラミネート。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリウレタン(TPU)が、各事例において成分(A)、(B)および(C)の質量百分率の合計に対して、5質量%~50質量%の範囲内の成分(A)と、20質量%~80質量%の範囲内の成分(B)と、5質量%~40質量%の範囲内の成分(C)とを重合させて得ることができる、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のラミネート。
- 成分(B)が、ジフェニルメタン4,4’-ジイソシアネート、ジフェニルメタン2,4’-ジイソシアネートおよびジフェニルメタン2,2’-ジイソシアネートからなる群から選択される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のラミネート。
- 成分(C)が、エチレングリコール、プロパン-1,2-ジオール、プロパン-1,3-ジオールおよびブタン-1,4-ジオールからなる群から選択される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のラミネート。
- 前記少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリウレタン(TPU)が、800~1400MPaの範囲内の弾性率を有する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のラミネート。
- 成分(A)が、100~8000g/molの範囲内の数平均分子量(Mn)を有する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のラミネート。
- フィルム積層フラット導体でない、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のラミネート。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第1の層が、0.1mm~0.6mmの範囲内の厚さを有し、かつ/または少なくとも1つの更なる層が、0.02mm~1.5mmの範囲内の厚さを有する、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のラミネート。
- 前記ポリマー組成物(PC)が、更に、安定剤、染料、帯電防止剤、フィラー油、表面改良剤、乾燥剤、離型助剤、剥離剤、酸化防止剤、光安定剤、PVC安定剤、滑剤、難燃剤、発泡剤、耐衝撃性改質剤、接着促進剤、カップリング剤および核形成剤からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の添加剤を含む、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のラミネート。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のラミネートを製造する方法であって、
a)少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリウレタン(TPU)を含むポリマー組成物(PC)のフィルムを生成する工程であり、少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリウレタン(TPU)が、少なくとも以下の成分:
(A)少なくとも1種のポリエーテルポリオールと、
(B)少なくとも1種のポリイソシアネートと、
(C)少なくとも1種のC2~C20ポリオールと
を重合させて得ることができる、工程と、
b)少なくとも1種の第1の金属の第1のシートを加熱する工程と、
c)工程b)からの加熱済み第1のシートを、工程a)で生成されたフィルムと共にプレスして、ラミネートを得る工程と
を含む、方法。 - 工程b)が、第1のシートを150℃~350℃の範囲内の温度に加熱することを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 工程b)での第1のシートの加熱が、誘導手段によって行われる、請求項12または13に記載の方法。
- 工程a)が、押出法によってフィルムを生成することを含む、請求項12から14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
