Description
ポリエチレンで作られた円形メッシュ(直径6.6cm、メッシュフィラメントの直径2mm、方形メッシュにおけるメッシュフィラメント間の隔離距離:10mm)と、発泡ポリエチレン(PE)(厚さ:3mm、密度:194kg/m3、直径:6.6cm)及び厚さ0.5mm(直径:6.6cm)のポリテトラフルオロエチレン層(PTFE)で作られた複合体とを、ねじ山付きの直径6.6cmの市販のポリエチレンクロージャキャップに挿入した。キャップはさらに、開封前の損傷の存在を示す安全リングを有していた。

6リットルの容量のアルミニウム製ボトルをねじ山付きの市販のキャップで6.7Nmのトルクで閉鎖した。圧縮された空気を使用して1.5バールの圧力を生成し、発生し得る圧力の低下を3日間にわたって観察した。ボトル内の圧力をボトルに一体化されたマノメータによって測定した。圧力の解放は測定されなかった。
実施例1の発泡ポリエチレン(PE)(6)及びポリテトラフルオロエチレン層(PTFE)(7)を含む複合体が挿入されるが追加メッシュ(4)を含まないキャップを使用して、3リットルのジメチルジカルボネート及び1リットルの水を含有する30リットルのガラスボトルを6.7Nmのトルクで閉鎖した。圧力増大の24時間後、ガラスは10バールの圧力で砕け散った。

前記発泡ポリマー層(6)に取り付けられ、且つ容器アパーチャ(8)を閉鎖する少なくとも1つのさらなるポリマー層(7)と、
を含むキャップ(1)。 - 前記メッシュ(4)内で、円形であるメッシュフィラメントの直径が0.2mm~5mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のキャップ。
- 前記発泡ポリマー層(6)が、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)、低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)、高密度ポリプロピレン(HDPP)、低密度ポリプロピレン(LDPP)、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリスチレン、ポリウレタン、ポリカーボネート、エチレン-プロピレン-ジエンゴム(EPDM)、または、ビニリデン(ジ)フルオリドに基づく他の発泡部分フッ素化若しくは過フッ素化炭化水素、またはこれらの発泡ポリマーのフッ素化発泡ポリマーの混合物の群から選択される少なくとも1種類のポリマーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のキャップ。
- 前記発泡ポリマー層(6)の密度が45~450kg/m3であることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のキャップ。
- 前記ポリマー層(7)が、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンから構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のキャップ。
- 前記発泡ポリマー層(6)を前記ポリマー層(7)に接続するために接着剤が使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のキャップ。
- 使用される前記接着剤が、シアノアクリレート、メチルメタクリレート、不飽和ポリエステル、エポキシ樹脂、フェノール樹脂、ポリイミド、ポリスルフィド、ビスマレイミド、及び1成分及び2成分の縮合架橋シリコーン、及びグルテングルー又はこれらの接着剤の混合物、に基づくことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のキャップ。
- 前記メッシュ(4)がポリプロピレン(PP)又はポリエチレン(PE)またはこれらのポリマーの混合物から構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のキャップ。
- 前記容器アパーチャ(8)の縁(12)にシールがあり、前記シールはポリエチレンで構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のキャップ。
- 前記キャップ(1)がポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリプロピレン(PP)又はポリエチレン(PE)またはこれらのポリマーの混合物から構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のキャップ。
- 請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載のキャップを含む容器。
- 前記容器が、液体ジメチルジカルボネートで少なくとも部分的に充填されていることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の容器。
- 前記容器のアルミニウム含有量が、前記キャップを除く前記容器の合計重量に基づいて95重量%以上であることを特徴とする、請求項10~12のいずれか一項に記載の容器。
- 容器を閉鎖するための請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載のキャップの使用。
