Description

Claims (26)
- 布地を接着剤で接着する方法であって、
ノズル組立体の本体の室の下端部で前記本体に配置された弁座と、前記弁座に向かって及び前記弁座から離れるように前記室内で摺動可能に移動するように構成された弁棒と、それぞれ前記弁座に隣接して前記ノズル組立体の前記本体に配設されて前記室から直接に前記接着剤の個別の一部を受け取るように構成された複数の出口流路と、を有する前記ノズル組立体の前記本体の前記室内へ、接着剤供給部から前記接着剤を受け取ることと、
前記弁棒を前記弁座に向かって移動させて前記複数の出口流路に隣接する前記弁座に前記弁棒を衝突させることによって、前記室と前記複数の出口流路の各々との間を流体密に封止し、前記接着剤の個別の一部の各々が前記室から前記複数の出口流路の各々に供給され、前記弁棒と前記弁座との間の衝突の運動量によって前記接着剤の別個の体積量が前記室から前記複数の出口流路を通して強制的に排出されるように、前記複数の出口流路から第1の布地上に前記接着剤を噴射することと、
第2の布地を前記第1の布地に当てて、前記第1の布地と前記第2の布地とを互いに接着させることと、
を含む方法。 - 前記複数の出口流路の各々は、前記弁座に直に隣接して前記ノズル組立体の前記本体に配設されて前記室から直に前記接着剤の別個の一部を受け取るように構成されており、
前記接着剤を噴射することは、前記弁棒を前記弁座に向かって移動させることと、前記弁棒を前記複数の出口流路に直に隣接した前記弁座上に衝突させ、その結果、前記接着剤の別個の体積量が、前記弁棒と前記弁座との間の前記衝突の運動量により、前記室から直に前記複数の出口流路を通して強制的に排出されることを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記複数の出口流路の各々は、前記ノズル組立体の前記本体の弧状端部に均一に配置され、前記ノズル組立体の前記本体の前記弧状端部の中心に向かう中心線を有する、請求項2に記載の方法。

前記室の前記出口と流体連通している複数の出口流路であって、前記複数の出口流路の各々が、前記弁座に隣接して前記ノズル組立体の前記本体に配設されて前記室から直接に前記接着剤の別個の一部を受け取るように構成されている、複数の出口流路と、を備え、
前記弁棒は、前記複数の出口流路に隣接した前記弁座に衝突し、その結果、前記室と前記複数の出口流路の各々との間を流体密に封止し、前記接着剤の個別の一部の各々が前記室から前記複数の出口流路の各々に供給され、前記接着剤の別個の体積量が前記弁棒と前記弁座との間の前記衝突の運動量によって前記室から前記複数の出口流路を通して布地上へ強制的に排出されるように、構成されている、ノズル組立体。 - 前記弁棒が前記弁座に向かって移動されるとき、前記室内の前記接着剤は、前記出口に向かい前記出口を通って移動される、請求項11に記載のノズル組立体。

- 布地上に接着剤を噴射するためのアプリケータシステムであって、
前記接着剤を収容するための材料供給部と、
前記材料供給部から前記接着剤を受け取り、前記布地上に前記接着剤を噴射するように構成されたノズル組立体であって、
入口と出口との間の内部に、前記入口を通して前記接着剤を受け取り、前記接着剤が前記出口を通って出ることを可能にするように構成されている室を画定する本体と、
前記出口に隣接して前記室の下端部で前記ノズル組立体の前記本体に配設された弁座と、
前記室内で、前記弁座に向かって及び前記弁座から離れるように摺動可能に移動し、かつ前記弁座に接触するように構成された弁棒と、
前記室の前記出口と流体連通している複数の出口流路であって、前記複数の出口流路の各々が、前記弁座に隣接して前記ノズル組立体の前記本体に配設されて前記室から直接に前記接着剤の個別の一部を受け取るように構成されている、複数の出口流路と、を備える、ノズル組立体と、を備え、
前記弁棒は、前記複数の出口流路に隣接した前記弁座に衝突し、その結果、前記室と前記複数の出口流路の各々との間を流体密に封止し、前記接着剤の個別の一部の各々が前記室から前記複数の出口流路の各々に直接に供給され、前記接着剤の別個の体積量が前記弁棒と前記弁座との間の前記衝突の運動量によって前記室から前記複数の出口流路を通して前記布地上へ強制的に排出されるように構成されている、アプリケータシステム。 - 前記材料供給部は、前記材料供給部内の前記接着剤を加熱するように構成された加熱要素を更に含む、請求項21に記載のアプリケータシステム。
- 前記ノズル組立体は、前記布地に対して6自由度で配向されるように構成されている、請求項21に記載のアプリケータシステム。
- 前記複数の出口流路の各々は、前記弁座に直に隣接して前記ノズル組立体の前記本体に配設されて前記室から直に前記接着剤の個別の一部を受け取るように構成されており、
前記弁棒は、前記複数の出口流路に直に隣接した前記弁座に衝突し、その結果、前記接着剤の別個の体積量が前記弁棒と前記弁座との間の前記衝突の前記運動量によって前記室から直に前記複数の出口流路を通して前記布地上へ強制的に排出されるように、構成されている、請求項17に記載のアプリケータシステム。 - 前記複数の出口流路の各々は、前記ノズル組立体の前記本体の弧状端部に均一に配置され、前記ノズル組立体の前記本体の前記弧状端部の中心に向かう中心線を有する、請求項24に記載のアプリケータシステム。
- 前記複数の出口流路は、3つ又は4つ以上の出口流路を含んでいる、請求項25に記載のアプリケータシステム。
