2017年3月9日に出願された米国仮特許出願第62/469,226号の優先権を主張するものであり、同仮出願の全体を参照によって本願に援用する。

- 装着式薬剤送達装置であって、
主ハウジングと、
前記主ハウジング内に配置された容器と、
前記主ハウジング内に配置された挿入機構と、
前記容器と前記挿入機構との間に滅菌流体流路を画定する流体経路コネクタと、
を含む装着式薬剤送達装置において、
前記挿入機構は、
トロカール又は中空送達針と、
近位端と遠位端を有する挿入機構ハウジングと、
前記トロカール又は中空送達針を担持するハブであって、前記挿入機構ハウジングに対して、前記挿入機構ハウジングの前記近位端の付近の第一のハブ位置と前記挿入機構ハウジングの前記遠位端の付近の第二のハブ位置との間で移動可能であるハブと、
回転運動を生じさせるように構成された動力源と、
前記動力源及び前記ハブを動作的に接続する運動変換機構であって、前記動力源の前記回転運動を前記ハブの直線運動に変換するように構成された運動変換機構と、

- 前記動力源は、前記回転可能部材に動作的に連結されたねじりばねであり、前記ねじりばねは当初付勢状態にある、請求項26又は34に記載の挿入機構。
