Description
有機溶剤回収装置100において、第1吸着材101A~103Aは、水分を含んだ状態では十分な吸着性能を得られない。よって、第1吸着工程および第2吸着工程ともに十分な第1吸着材101A~103Aの乾燥が求められる。脱着工程においては、水蒸気を使用するため、脱着完了後の第1吸着材101A~103Aは、水蒸気由来の水分を含んでいる。よって、特に乾燥が求められるのは、脱着完了後、すなわち第二吸着工程を実施する第1吸着材101A~103Aである。
被処理ガスの一例となる有機溶剤含有ガスには塩化メチレンを26,000ppm含む25℃の被処理ガスを、風量5.3Nm3/minとし、有機溶剤回収システム系外へ排出する塩化メチレンの設計濃度は、5ppm以下とした。また、各流路は丸ダクトを使用して接続した。
有機溶剤回収装置100から排出された第一処理ガスを吸着部202に通気させ、第二処理ガスを排出させた。また、第二処理ガスの一部を接続流路L80より給気させて130℃に加熱させ、脱着部203に供給させて、濃縮ガスを排出させた。濃縮ガスの全量は戻し流路400を通じて有機溶剤回収装置100の希釈ガス供給流路L70に供給させた。
実施例と同じ被処理ガスを、実施例と同様、有機溶剤回収装置100、有機溶剤濃縮装置200で処理した。ただし、濃縮ガスは有機溶剤回収装置100の送風機F1の上流側に全量送風した。
Claims (6)
- それぞれが被処理ガスに含有された有機溶剤の吸脱着が可能な第1吸着材を含み、前記第1吸着材への前記有機溶剤の吸着と水蒸気による前記第1吸着材からの前記有機溶剤の脱着とを交互に行う少なくとも3つの処理槽と、各前記処理槽に前記被処理ガスを供給するための被処理ガス供給流路と、前記被処理ガス供給流路に設けられたガス供給開閉弁と、前記少なくとも3つの処理槽から選択された前記処理槽に前記水蒸気を導入する水蒸気供給部と、前記水蒸気供給部と各前記処理槽とを接続する水蒸気供給流路と、前記水蒸気供給流路に設けられた水蒸気開閉弁と、前記少なくとも3つの処理槽を直列多段接続する連結流路と、前記連結流路に設けられた連結開閉弁と、前記少なくとも3つの処理槽のうちの一の処理槽に導入された前記被処理ガスを、当該一の処理槽の前記第1吸着材によって前記有機溶剤が吸着された第一処理ガスとして、当該一の処理槽から排出する取出し流路と、前記取出し流路に設けられた取出し開閉弁と、前記連結流路に希釈ガスを供給する希釈ガス供給流路と、各前記処理槽において前記第1吸着材から脱着された前記有機溶剤を含む水蒸気を回収するための有機溶剤回収流路と、を有する有機溶剤回収装置と、
前記有機溶剤の吸着と脱着が可能な第2吸着材を含み、前記第2吸着材によって前記取出し流路からの前記第一処理ガスに含まれる前記有機溶剤を吸着し、第二処理ガスを排出する吸着部と、前記第二処理ガスを送出する清浄ガス排出流路と、前記第2吸着材に吸着された前記有機溶剤を前記第2吸着材から脱着して濃縮ガスとして排出する脱着部と、を有する有機溶剤濃縮装置と、
前記第一処理ガスを前記吸着部に送る送り流路と、
前記濃縮ガスを前記希釈ガス供給流路に戻す戻し流路と、を備える、有機溶剤回収システム。 - 前記希釈ガス供給流路に設けられており、前記連結流路を流れるガスが規定温度になるように前記希釈ガスを加熱可能な加熱器をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の有機溶剤回収システム。
- 前記戻し流路の下流側の端部は、前記希釈ガス供給流路のうち前記加熱器の下流側の部位に接続されている、請求項2に記載の有機溶剤回収システム。
- 前記希釈ガス供給流路のうち当該希釈ガス供給流路と前記戻し流路の下流側の端部との接続部の上流側の部位に設けられた開閉弁と、
前記開閉弁の開度を制御する制御部と、をさらに備え、
前記制御部は、前記連結流路を流れるガスの温度が所定範囲に維持されるように前記開閉弁の開度を制御する、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の有機溶剤回収システム。 - 前記第二処理ガスの一部を前記脱着部に導入する接続流路と、
前記接続流路に設けられたヒータと、をさらに備える、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の有機溶剤回収システム。 - 前記ヒータは、前記連結流路を流れるガスが規定温度になるように前記接続流路を流れる前記第二処理ガスの一部を加熱する請求項5に記載の有機溶剤回収システム。
