電力需給を調整するためのデマンドレスポンス計画に関する情報に基づいて、前記デマンドレスポンス計画による前記バッテリの充電または放電で得られるインセンティブと、前記バッテリの充電または放電の際に前記温調部で前記バッテリを前記目標温度に温調するための電力コストとを算出し、
前記インセンティブが前記電力コストより大きい場合に、前記デマンドレスポンス計画による前記バッテリの充電または放電を実行するように前記電力ユニットを制御する。
この実施形態によれば、バッテリの温調を行うことによる需要家の損失を低減し、デマンドレスポンス(DR)計画によるバッテリの充放電で得られる利益(インセンティブ)を適切に確保することができる。
前記制御装置は、前記デマンドレスポンス計画に関する情報に基づいて、前記デマンドレスポンス計画による前記バッテリの充電または放電の開始タイミングまでに前記バッテリの温度が前記目標温度に到達しているように前記温調部を制御する。
この実施形態によれば、充放電の開始タイミングまでにバッテリの充放電特性を規定値以上にすることができるため、デマンドレスポンス(DR)計画に沿ったバッテリの充放電を効率よく実行することができる。
前記制御装置は、前記バッテリの充電または放電の開始タイミングにおいて前記バッテリの温度が前記目標温度に到達するように前記温調部を制御する。
この実施形態によれば、バッテリの充電または放電の開始タイミングに合わせてバッテリの温度を目標温度に到達させるため、バッテリの温度を目標温度に温調した後に目標温度で維持させるための電力コストを低減することができる。
前記制御装置は、前記インセンティブが前記電力コスト以下である場合、前記デマンドレスポンス計画による前記バッテリの充電または放電を実行しない。
この実施形態によれば、バッテリの温調を行うと利益(インセンティブ)が得られない場合に、デマンドレスポンスを実行しないことで需要家の損失を低減することができる。
電力ユニット(例えば60)を制御する制御装置(例えば50)であって、
前記電力ユニットは、バッテリ(例えば63)と、前記バッテリの充電または放電の際に前記バッテリを目標温度に温調する温調部(例えば67)とを備え、
前記制御装置は、電力需給を調整するためのデマンドレスポンス計画に関する情報に基づいて、前記デマンドレスポンス計画による前記バッテリの充電または放電の開始タイミングまでに前記バッテリの温度が前記目標温度に到達しているように前記温調部を制御する。
この実施形態によれば、充放電の開始タイミングまでにバッテリの充放電特性を規定値以上にすることができるため、デマンドレスポンス(DR)計画に沿ったバッテリの充放電を効率よく実行することができる。
前記電力ユニットは、電動車両および定置型バッテリのうち少なくとも一方である。
この実施形態によれば、電動車両および定置型バッテリのうち少なくとも一方を用いたVPPシステム(V2Gシステム)を提供することができる。
複数の電力ユニット(例えば60)を管理する管理サーバ(例えば20)であって、上記実施形態の制御装置を含む。
この実施形態によれば、管理サーバによる複数の電力ユニット(電動車両や定置型バッテリ)の集中制御が可能となる。複数の電力ユニットを制御する場合、および電力ユニットとして電動車両と定置型バッテリとの両方が存在する場合には、管理サーバによる集中制御が有効的である。
Claims (10)
- 電力ユニットを制御する制御装置であって、
前記電力ユニットは、バッテリと、前記バッテリの充電または放電の際に前記バッテリを目標温度に温調する温調部とを備え、
前記制御装置は、
電力需給を調整するためのデマンドレスポンス計画に関する情報に基づいて、前記デマンドレスポンス計画による前記バッテリの充電または放電で得られるインセンティブと、前記バッテリの充電または放電の際に前記温調部で前記バッテリを前記目標温度に温調するための電力コストとを算出し、
前記インセンティブが前記電力コストより大きい場合に、前記デマンドレスポンス計画による前記バッテリの充電または放電を実行するように前記電力ユニットを制御する、ことを特徴とする制御装置。 - 前記制御装置は、前記デマンドレスポンス計画に関する情報に基づいて、前記デマンドレスポンス計画による前記バッテリの充電または放電の開始タイミングまでに前記バッテリの温度が前記目標温度に到達しているように前記温調部を制御する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制御装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記バッテリの充電または放電の開始タイミングにおいて前記バッテリの温度が前記目標温度に到達するように前記温調部を制御する、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の制御装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記インセンティブが前記電力コスト以下である場合、前記デマンドレスポンス計画による前記バッテリの充電または放電を実行しない、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の制御装置。
- 電力ユニットを制御する制御装置であって、
前記電力ユニットは、バッテリと、前記バッテリの充電または放電の際に前記バッテリを目標温度に温調する温調部とを備え、
前記制御装置は、電力需給を調整するためのデマンドレスポンス計画に関する情報に基づいて、前記デマンドレスポンス計画による前記バッテリの充電または放電の開始タイミングまでに前記バッテリの温度が前記目標温度に到達しているように前記温調部を制御する、ことを特徴とする制御装置。 - 前記電力ユニットは、電動車両および定置型バッテリのうち少なくとも一方である、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の制御装置。
- 複数の電力ユニットを管理する管理サーバであって、
請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の制御装置を含む、ことを特徴とする管理サーバ。 - 電力ユニットを制御する制御方法であって、
前記電力ユニットは、バッテリと、前記バッテリの充電または放電の際に前記バッテリを目標温度に温調する温調部とを備え、
前記制御方法は、
電力需給を調整するためのデマンドレスポンス計画に関する情報に基づいて、前記デマンドレスポンス計画による前記バッテリの充電または放電で得られるインセンティブと、前記バッテリの充電または放電の際に前記温調部で前記バッテリを前記目標温度に温調するための電力コストとを算出する工程と、
前記インセンティブが前記電力コストより大きい場合に、前記デマンドレスポンス計画による前記バッテリの充電または放電を実行するように前記電力ユニットを制御する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする制御方法。 - 電力ユニットを制御する制御方法であって、
前記電力ユニットは、バッテリと、前記バッテリの充電または放電の際に前記バッテリを目標温度に温調する温調部とを備え、
前記制御方法は、電力需給を調整するためのデマンドレスポンス計画に関する情報に基づいて、前記デマンドレスポンス計画による前記バッテリの充電または放電の開始タイミングまでに前記バッテリの温度が前記目標温度に到達しているように前記温調部を制御する、ことを特徴とする制御方法。 - 請求項8又は9のいずれか1項に記載の制御方法の各工程をコンピュータに実行させるためのプログラム。
