Claims (20)

前記第1および第2の成形型半体の前記第1および第2の冷媒通路と流体連通している成形型温度制御システムと、備え、
前記成形型温度制御システムが、流体、前記流体の温度を制御するための手段、ならびに前記成形型温度制御システムと前記第1の冷媒通路および前記第2の冷媒通路とを通して前記流体を循環させるためのポンプを備え、
前記第1の冷媒通路の第1の表面または前記第2の冷媒通路の第2の表面が、溶着金属を備える、成形型組立体。 - 前記第1の成形型空洞の第1の表面上および前記第2の成形型空洞の第2の表面上に注がれて硬化された封止材をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の成形型組立体。
- 前記第1の冷媒通路の前記第1の表面上および前記第2の冷媒通路の前記第2の表面上に注がれて硬化された封止材をさらに備える、請求項2に記載の成形型組立体。

成形型組立体の表面の第1のコンピュータ支援設計(CAD)モデルを作成するステップであって、前記表面が成形製品の最終形状を備える、ステップと、
前記表面の前記第1のCADモデルに特徴を追加して、前記成形型組立体の第2のCADモデルを作成するステップであって、前記特徴が、冷媒通路を含む、ステップと、
前記第2のCADモデルを、3次元プリンタで使用するための印刷経路ファイルに変換するステップと、
前記印刷経路ファイルを使用して前記第2のCADモデルのソリッドモデルを印刷するステップと、
前記冷媒通路へ金属の電着または電気めっきするステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記ソリッドモデルから余分な材料を除去するステップをさらに含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記第2のCADモデルを工具切削経路に変換するステップと、前記ソリッドモデルを機械加工するステップとをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記ソリッドモデルの機械加工された表面に封止材を注ぐステップをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のCADモデルの前記特徴が、分割面、冷媒通路、突出しピン穴、通気穴、および射出通路のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
