Description
Claims (13)
- 3D物品を製造する方法であって、前記3D物品は外側層と空洞を備える支持構造部とを有し、前記外側層は前記支持構造部を少なくとも部分的に包囲し、当該方法が、
(a)前記外側層及び前記支持構造部を熱溶解積層式3D印刷可能材料により、熱溶解積層式3D印刷するステップ及び前記空洞を充填材料により少なくとも部分的に充填するステップを有する3D印刷段階と、
(b)表面粗さを低減するために前記外側層の少なくとも一部を後処理するステップを有する後処理段階と、
を有する、方法。 - 前記3D物品が鋳型である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記3D印刷可能材料は硬化性材料を有し、前記3D印刷するステップが前記3D印刷可能材料の少なくとも一部を硬化させて3D印刷された材料を形成するステップを含む、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記充填材料が前記支持構造部よりも高い熱伝導度を持つ材料を有する、請求項1ないし3の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記空洞を充填する前の前記充填材料は金属粒子、セラミック粒子及び炭素粒子の1以上を含むスラリを有し、当該方法が前記空洞内の前記スラリを固形充填材料に変質させるステップを有する変質段階を更に有し、該変質段階が硬化するステップ及び乾燥するステップの1以上を含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記後処理段階は、(a)前記外側層の少なくとも一部を加熱するステップ、(b)前記外側層の少なくとも一部を溶媒で溶解するステップ、及び(c)前記外側層の少なくとも一部をコーティングするステップの1以上を有し、このようにして得られる前記外側層及び前記支持構造部が(a)化学組成、(b)密度、及び(c)表面テクスチャの1以上で相違する、請求項1ないし5の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 物体を形成する方法であって、請求項1ないし6の何れか一項に記載の方法により得られる鋳型を硬化性材料により少なくとも部分的に充填するステップと、前記硬化性材料を少なくとも部分的に硬化させて、硬化された材料を有する前記物体を形成するステップとを有し、前記鋳型は外側層と空洞を備える支持構造部とを有し、前記外側層は前記支持構造部を少なくとも部分的に包囲し、前記空洞は充填材料により少なくとも部分的に充填され、当該方法は前記鋳型から前記物体を取り外すステップを更に有し、前記充填材料は前記支持構造部よりも高い熱伝導度を持つ材料を有する、方法。
- 前記硬化性材料はシリコン樹脂を有し、前記物体が光学部品を有する、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記外側層及び前記支持構造部が(a)化学組成、(b)密度、及び(c)表面テクスチャの1以上で相違する、請求項7又は請求項8に記載の方法。
- 請求項1ないし6の何れか一項に記載の方法により得られると共に、外側層と空洞を備える支持構造部とを有する鋳型であって、前記外側層は前記支持構造部を少なくとも部分的に包囲し、前記空洞は充填材料により少なくとも部分的に充填され、前記充填材料が前記支持構造部よりも高い熱伝導度を持つ材料を有する、鋳型。
- 前記外側層及び前記支持構造部が(a)化学組成、(b)密度、及び(c)表面テクスチャの1以上で相違する、請求項10に記載の鋳型。
- (a)プリンタノズルと(b)充填材料供給ユニットとを有する熱溶解積層式3Dプリンタであって、当該3Dプリンタは外側層と空洞を備える支持構造部とを有する3D物品を形成し、前記外側層は前記支持構造部を少なくとも部分的に包囲し、前記空洞は充填材料により少なくとも部分的に充填され、当該3Dプリンタが、(c)表面粗さを低減するために前記3D物品の外側層の少なくとも一部を後処理する後処理段ユニットを更に有する、3Dプリンタ。
- スラリを固形充填材料に変質させる変質段ユニットを更に有し、前記スラリは金属粒子、セラミック粒子及び炭素粒子の1以上を有し、前記変質段ユニットは前記スラリを硬化及び/又は乾燥させ、前記後処理段ユニットが、(i)前記外側層の少なくとも一部を加熱するステップ、(ii)前記外側層の少なくとも一部を溶媒で溶解するステップ、及び(iii)前記外側層の少なくとも一部をコーティングするステップの1以上を適用する、請求項12に記載の3Dプリンタ。
