Description
以下、本発明に係る電池ユニットを、車載の電源システムに適用した第1実施形態について、図面を参照しつつ説明する。本電源システムは、車載の各種電気負荷に電力を供給するための蓄電部において充電や放電を逐次制御するものである。車両は、内燃機関であるエンジンと、エンジンやその他各部を制御する車載ECUと、エンジンや車軸の回転により駆動されて発電する発電機能、及びエンジンや車軸を回転させる力行機能を有する回転電機と、回転電機の発電電力により充電される蓄電部と、各種の電気負荷とを備えるものである。なお、回転電機として、ISG(Integrated Starter Generator)を用い、車両の蓄電部として、鉛蓄電池とリチウムイオン蓄電池とを用いる構成としている。本実施形態では、リチウムイオン蓄電池として機能するLi電池ユニット(以下、単に電池ユニットという)10について詳しく説明する。
以下、第2実施形態について、先の第1実施形態との相違点を中心に図8,9を参照しつつ説明する。図8,9において、先の図1,7に示した構成と同一の構成については、便宜上、同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。
本発明は上記実施形態の記載内容に限定されず、次のように実施されてもよい。
Claims (5)
- 蓄電池(11)と、
前記蓄電池における電力の入出力を制御する制御部(20)が実装された回路基板(12)と、
底部(31)及び周壁部(32)を有し、これら底部及び周壁部に囲われた収容空間に前記蓄電池を収容する収容ケース(16,17)と、
前記蓄電池に通じる通電経路を、前記制御部からの制御指令により開閉するスイッチング素子(22)と、を備え、
前記底部の上に前記蓄電池が固定されるとともに、その上方に前記回路基板が固定されている電池ユニット(10)であって、
前記スイッチング素子は、前記収容ケースにおいて前記底部とは反対の開口側から見て前記回路基板の奥側に配置されているとともに、前記開口側の特定面(40)に前記スイッチング素子の特性データが記載された記載部(44)が設けられており、
前記記載部は、前記特定面のうち、前記周壁部において前記スイッチング素子の側方に起立する側方壁部(35)と前記回路基板との間の空間部を介して前記開口側から視認可能な有効領域(ER)に設けられている電池ユニット。 - 前記周壁部は、前記収容空間を挟んで所定方向に対向する一対の対向壁部(32a,32b)を有し、その一対の対向壁部のうち一方が前記側方壁部を含んでいない第1壁部(32a)であり、他方が前記側方壁部を含む第2壁部(32b)であり、
前記回路基板が、前記所定方向において、前記一対の対向壁部のうち前記第1壁部寄りとなる位置に配置されていることで、前記側方壁部の側に前記回路基板が存在していない前記空間部が形成されている請求項1に記載の電池ユニット。 - 前記スイッチング素子において、前記所定方向で前記第1壁部側となる端部には、前記回路基板に接続するための接続端子(T1~T9)が設けられており、
前記記載部は、前記特定面において前記接続端子とは逆となる側に設けられている請求項2に記載の電池ユニット。 - 蓄電池(11)と、
前記蓄電池における電力の入出力を制御する制御部(20)が実装された回路基板(12)と、
底部(31)及び周壁部(32)を有し、これら底部及び周壁部に囲われた空間に前記蓄電池を収容する収容ケース(16,17)と、
前記蓄電池に通じる通電経路を、前記制御部からの制御指令により開閉するスイッチング素子(22)と、を備え、
前記底部の上に前記蓄電池が固定されるとともに、その上方に前記回路基板が固定されている電池ユニット(10)であって、
前記スイッチング素子は、前記収容ケースにおいて前記底部とは反対の開口側から見て前記回路基板の奥側に配置されているとともに、前記開口側の特定面(40)に前記スイッチング素子の特性データが記載された記載部(44)が設けられており、
前記スイッチング素子が前記回路基板の奥側に配置された状態で、前記特定面の一部が、前記開口側から見て前記回路基板により視認が困難となる非有効領域(NR)となっており、前記記載部は、前記特定面のうち、前記非有効領域を除く有効領域(ER)に設けられている電池ユニット。 - 前記周壁部には、前記スイッチング素子を放熱する放熱部(37)が設けられており、
前記スイッチング素子が取り付けられる前記放熱部の放熱面(37a)は、前記回路基板の下面(12b)よりも前記底部側に位置している請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか一項に記載の電池ユニット。
