Description
摺動面に動圧を発生するための動圧発生溝を備えた摺動部品であって、
前記動圧発生溝は、該動圧発生溝の周方向の一端側が被密封流体側に開口した導入口と、前記導入口に連通し流路が絞られた絞り部と、前記絞り部に連通し前記動圧発生溝の周方向の他端側が被密封流体側に開口した導出口と、を備えている。
これによれば、動圧発生溝の導出口が被密封流体側へ連通されているので、導入口から動圧発生溝に侵入した異物を導出口を通じて被密封流体側へ排出させることができ、動圧発生溝への異物の滞留を防止させるので、長期に亘って低漏れ、高寿命、低トルクを実現することができる。
これによれば、一方の動圧発生溝を他方の動圧発生溝と連通させ、被密封流体に含まれる異物の流動性を高めることができる。
これによれば、導入口から環状に形成された動圧発生溝に侵入した異物は、動圧発生溝を環状に循環しながらいずれかの導出口より排出されるので、異物が動圧発生溝内に滞留し難い。
これによれば、複数の動圧発生溝により潤滑性を高めるとともに、これらの動圧発生溝同士の分離した部分によって密封性を維持することができる。
これによれば、深溝に形成された導入口から多くの被密封流体を絞り部に向けて導入することができる。
これによれば、深溝に形成された導出口によって圧力開放溝の効果を奏し、被密封流体及び被密封流体に含まれる異物を導出し易い。
これによれば、導入口から侵入した異物を導出口へスムーズに排出させることができる
これによれば、導入口から侵入した異物を複数の導出口を介し排出させ易い。
これによれば、摺動時に遠心力によって被密封流体及び被密封流体に含まれる異物を導出口から排出させ易い。

Claims (9)
- 摺動面に動圧を発生するための動圧発生溝を備えた摺動部品であって、
前記動圧発生溝は、該動圧発生溝の周方向の一端側が被密封流体側に開口した導入口と、前記導入口に連通し流路が絞られた絞り部と、前記絞り部に連通し前記動圧発生溝の周方向の他端側が被密封流体側に開口した導出口と、を備え、
前記動圧発生溝は前記摺動面の周方向に複数配設されており、隣接する一方の動圧発生溝の前記導出口と、他方の動圧発生溝の前記導入口とが連通している摺動部品。 - 複数の前記動圧発生溝は前記摺動面の全周に亘り環状に連通している請求項1に記載の摺動部品。
- 前記導入口は前記絞り部よりも深い深溝に形成されている請求項1または2に記載の摺動部品。
- 前記導出口は前記絞り部よりも深い深溝に形成されている請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の摺動部品。
- 前記導入口、前記絞り部、及び前記導出口は同じ深さに形成されている請求項1または2に記載の摺動部品。
- 摺動面に動圧を発生するための動圧発生溝を備えた摺動部品であって、
前記動圧発生溝は、該動圧発生溝の周方向の一端側が被密封流体側に開口した導入口と、前記導入口に連通し流路が絞られた絞り部と、前記絞り部に連通し前記動圧発生溝の周方向の他端側が被密封流体側に開口した導出口と、を備え、
前記動圧発生溝は前記摺動面の周方向に複数配設されており、隣接する動圧発生溝は、互いに周方向に分離されており、
前記動圧発生溝の前記導出口の開口面積が、前記導入口の開口面積よりも小さい摺動部品。 - 前記導入口は前記絞り部よりも深い深溝に形成されている請求項6に記載の摺動部品。
- 前記導入口、前記絞り部、及び前記導出口は同じ深さに形成されている請求項6に記載の摺動部品。
- 前記絞り部は、前記導出口に向けて前記摺動面の内径側から外径側へ湾曲して形成されている請求項6ないし8のいずれかに記載の摺動部品。
