Claims (5)
- アノード箔(2)、カソード箔(3)およびセパレータ箔(4)を巻回して巻回体(5)を形成する工程と、
溶媒、ポリマー前駆体、及び少なくとも1つが130℃未満の沸点を有する1つ以上の添加剤(20)を含む分散液を前記巻回体(5)に含浸させる工程と、
130℃未満の沸点を有する前記添加剤(20)が前記巻回体(5)の中に少なくとも部分的に残存するように、超臨界流体抽出によって前記巻回体(5)から前記溶媒を抽出し、前記超臨界流体抽出の温度および圧力は設定可能となっており、添加剤(20)の少なくとも1つが、前記分散液中の初期量の少なくとも30%の量で前記巻回体の中に残存する工程と、
を備えているポリマーキャパシタの製造方法。 - 前記超臨界流体抽出は、60℃未満の温度(T)および1気圧以上の圧力(P)で実施される、請求項1に記載のポリマーキャパシタの製造方法。
- 前記添加剤(20)の少なくとも1つが、少なくとも2つの成分の共沸混合物を含む、請求項1又は2に記載のポリマーキャパシタの製造方法。
- 前記添加剤(20)の少なくとも1つが、ブチルアルコール、イソプロピルアルコール、不飽和アルコール、分子量が200g/mol未満の低分子量エステル、酢酸エチルまたは酢酸プロピルを含む、請求項1~3のいずれかに記載のポリマーキャパシタの製造方法。
- 前記溶媒は、水を含むか、または主に水からなる、請求項1~4のいずれかに記載のポリマーキャパシタの製造方法。
