Claims (16)
- 組織の開口部のための閉鎖器であって、
第1メッシュエンクロージャを有する第1閉鎖要素であって、前記第1メッシュエンクロージャは遠位の第1狭化端及び近位の第2狭化端と中央容積とを有しており、前記第1狭化端と前記第2狭化端のそれぞれは前記第1メッシュエンクロージャの前記中央容積内に位置するように反転されており、前記第1狭化端と前記第2狭化端のそれぞれは前記第1メッシュエンクロージャの各々の外部表面によって取り囲まれている、第1閉鎖要素と、
第2メッシュエンクロージャを有する第2閉鎖要素であって、前記第2メッシュエンクロージャは遠位の第3狭化端及び近位の第4狭化端と中央容積とを有しており、前記第3狭化端は前記第2メッシュエンクロージャの前記中央容積内に位置するように反転されており、前記第3狭化端は前記第2メッシュエンクロージャの外部表面によって取り囲まれている、第2閉鎖要素と、
前記第1閉鎖要素と前記第2閉鎖要素を前記開口部へ送達する前の初期形態において、前記第1閉鎖要素と前記第2閉鎖要素とを結合しているテザーであって、第1拡大端及び第2拡大端を有し、当該テザーの前記第1拡大端が前記第1狭化端に隣接するか又は係合して前記第1閉鎖要素の外にあり、当該テザーの前記第2拡大端が前記第2閉鎖要素の前記中央容積内にあるように、前記第1狭化端、前記第2狭化端、及び前記第3狭化端を通って延びている、テザーと、
