Claims (16)
- 組織の開口部のための閉鎖器であって、
第1メッシュエンクロージャを有する第1閉鎖要素であって、前記第1メッシュエンクロージャは遠位の第1狭化端及び近位の第2狭化端と中央容積とを有しており、前記第1端と前記第2端のそれぞれは前記第1メッシュエンクロージャの前記中央容積内に位置するように反転されており、前記第1端と前記第2端のそれぞれは前記第1メッシュエンクロージャの各々の外部表面によって取り囲まれている、第1閉鎖要素と、
第2メッシュエンクロージャを有する第2閉鎖要素であって、前記第2メッシュエンクロージャは遠位の第3狭化端及び近位の第4狭化端と中央容積とを有しており、前記第3端は前記第2メッシュエンクロージャの前記中央容積内に位置するように反転されており、前記第3端及び前記第4端のそれぞれは前記第2メッシュエンクロージャの各々の外部表面によって取り囲まれている、第2閉鎖要素と、
前記第1閉鎖要素と前記第2閉鎖要素を前記開口部へ送達する前の初期形態において、前記第1閉鎖要素と前記第2閉鎖要素とを結合しているテザーであって、第1拡大端及び第2拡大端を有し、当該テザーの前記第1拡大端が前記第1端に隣接するか又は係合して前記第1閉鎖要素の外にあり、当該テザーの前記第2拡大端が前記第2閉鎖要素の前記中央容積内にあるように、前記第1狭化端、前記第2狭化端、及び前記第3狭化端を通って延びている、テザーと、
を備えており、
前記第1閉鎖要素は前記開口部を有する前記組織の遠位面に係合するようにされており、前記第2閉鎖要素は前記組織の近位面に係合するようにされており、前記テザーは前記開口部を通過するようにされている、
閉鎖器。 - 前記第2狭化端に隣接して又は前記第2狭化端を覆って前記第1閉鎖要素に固定されている生体分解吸収性材料のシートを更に備えている、請求項1に記載の閉鎖器。
- 前記シートは前記第1メッシュエンクロージャの外部部分に固定されている、請求項2に記載の閉鎖器。
- 前記テザーの前記第1及び第2拡大端のそれぞれがビード又は結び目を備えている、請求項1に記載の閉鎖器。
- 前記テザーの前記第2拡大端を通ってループにされた制御ワイヤを更に備えている、請求項1に記載の閉鎖器。
- 前記制御ワイヤは前記第4狭化端を通過している、請求項5に記載の閉鎖器。
- 送達装置内に収められている、請求項1に記載の閉鎖器。
- 前記第1狭化端と前記第2狭化端は互いに整列している、請求項1に記載の閉鎖器。
- 前記第3狭化端と前記第4狭化端は互いに整列している、請求項1に記載の閉鎖器。
- 前記第1狭化端と前記第2狭化端は互いに対して横方向にずれている、請求項1に記載の閉鎖器。
- 前記第1狭化端と前記第2狭化端の一方が、前記第1狭化端と前記第2狭化端の他方よりも直径が大きい、請求項1に記載の閉鎖器。
- 組織の開口部を閉鎖するための装置であって、
第1ピールアウェイカテーテル、前記第1ピールアウェイカテーテル内にある第2管、及び前記第2管内にある押し出し管を有する送達装置と、
前記送達装置内に収められている、請求項1に記載の閉鎖装置と、
を備えている装置。 - 前記第1閉鎖要素は前記第1ピールアウェイカテーテル内にあり、前記第2閉鎖要素は前記第2管内にある、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記テザーの前記第2拡大端を通ってループにされている制御ラインを更に備えている、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記押し出し管を通って延びている制御カニューレを更に備えており、前記制御ラインは前記制御カニューレを通って延びている、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記制御ラインは、前記制御カニューレから延びて、前記制御ラインの自由端が前記制御カニューレ内になるように前記テザーの前記第2拡大端から前記制御カニューレにまで折り返している、請求項15に記載の装置。
