Claims (10)
- 順次積層された複数のバッテリーセルを含むバッテリーモジュールであって、
複数のバッテリーセルが、
複数の電極板及び前記複数の電極板から引き出される複数の電極タブを含む電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収容するパウチと、
前記複数の電極タブと連結され、前記パウチの延長部から延び、引出口を通して外部に引き出される電極リードと
をそれぞれ含み、
前記複数のバッテリーセルの一側に、前記複数のバッテリーセルから引き出される複数の電極リードが外部に引き出される前記引出口が備えられ、
互いに隣り合う複数のバッテリーセルのいずれか一つのバッテリーセルのパウチの延長部と他の一つのバッテリーセルの電極リードとの間の間隔を確保するとともに、前記電極リードが前記引出口に向かうように、前記延長部は、前記複数のバッテリーセルが積層される方向に対して所定の角度に折り曲げられる折曲部を備える、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記延長部は前記延長部の延長方向に垂直な第1方向に折り曲げられた後、前記第1方向の反対方向である第2方向に折り曲げられることにより、前記電極リードが前記引出口に向かう、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バッテリーセルは、前記延長部から延びて前記電極リードを取り囲むように配置されるカバー部材をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記延長部が前記延長部の延長方向に垂直な第1方向に折り曲げられた後、前記カバー部材が前記第1方向の反対方向である第2方向に折り曲げられることにより、前記電極リードが前記引出口に向かう、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記複数のバッテリーセルの複数の前記延長部は、前記延長部の延長方向に所定の間隔で離隔している複数の位置でそれぞれ折り曲げられる、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記複数のバッテリーセルの複数の前記延長部は、前記延長部の延長方向に所定の間隔で離隔している複数の位置で前記複数のバッテリーセルが積層された順に順次折り曲げられる、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記複数の位置の中で互いに隣り合う二つの位置を第1位置及び第2位置とするとき、前記複数のバッテリーセルのいずれか一つの延長部は前記第1位置で前記延長部の延長方向に垂直な第1方向に折り曲げられた後、前記第1位置と前記第2位置との間で前記第1方向の反対方向である第2方向に折り曲げられることにより、前記電極リードが前記引出口に向かう、請求項5又は6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バッテリーセルは、前記延長部から延び、前記電極リードを取り囲むように配置されるカバー部材をさらに含み、
前記複数の位置の中で互いに隣り合う二つの位置を第1位置及び第2位置とするとき、前記複数のバッテリーセルのいずれか一つの延長部が前記第1位置で前記延長部の延長方向に垂直な第1方向に折り曲げられた後、前記カバー部材が前記第1位置と前記第2位置との間で前記第1方向の反対方向である第2方向に折り曲げられることにより、前記電極リードが前記引出口に向かう、請求項5又は6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記延長部の前記折曲部は前記複数の電極タブと連結される前記電極リードの連結部と前記電極組立体との間に位置し、
前記電極リードの連結部と前記電極組立体との間には塑性変形可能な材料からなる連結部材が配置される、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記電極組立体の複数の電極タブと前記電極リードは前記連結部材を介して電気的に連結される、請求項9に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
