Description
本発明の一実施形態としての方法により製造される固体電解質体1は、図1Dに示されているように、平板状の多孔質体110と、多孔質体110の一方の主面に密着している薄膜状の固体電解質を含有する緻密質体120と、を備えている。
非リチウムイオン電解質の第1セラミックスとしては、例えば部分安定化ジルコニアが用いられる。
本発明の一実施形態としての固体電解質体の製造方法は、(S1)第1成形体の作製工程、(S2)多孔質体の作製工程、(S3)第2成形体の作製工程および(S4)緻密質体の作製工程を含んでいる。
本発明の一実施形態として、本方法により製造される全固体電池2は、図2Cに示されているように、図1Dに示されている固体電解質体1と、第1電極21と、第2電極22と、第1電極21に対して電気的に接続されている第1電極集電体41と、第2電極22に対して電気的に接続されている第2電極集電体42と、を備えている。
第2電極22は、活物質を含む電極材料が所定厚みの薄膜状またはシート状に成形されることにより構成されている。
本発明の一実施形態としての全固体電池の製造方法は、本発明の一実施形態としての固体電解質体の製造方法の工程(S1)〜(S4)に加えて、(S5)多孔質体110の開気孔112に活物質を充填する工程、(S6)活物質を焼成して第1電極21を形成する工程、(S7)第2電極22を形成する工程、(S8)第1電極集電体41を第1電極21に接続する工程、および(S9)第2電極集電体42を第2電極22に接続する工程を含んでいる。工程(S1)〜(S4)は説明を省略する。
本発明の方法によれば、先に作製された多孔質体110の表面の少なくとも一部に薄膜状の第2成形体12が形成され、当該第2成形体12が焼成されることにより薄膜状の緻密質体120が作製される(図1Cおよび図1D参照)。このため、薄型の緻密質体120の作製の容易化を図りながら固体電解質体1および全固体電池2を製造することができる。
図3Aに示されているように、一対の多孔質体110と、当該一対の多孔質体110により挟まれている緻密質体120と、を有する固体電解質体1が製造されてもよい。例えば、一対の多孔質体110が作製された後、一方の多孔質体110の一方の主面に第2成形体12が作製される(図1C参照)。そのうえで、他方の多孔質体110の一方の主面を第2成形体12に当接させ、一対の多孔質体110により挟持された第2成形体12を製作した後、焼成して図3Aに示す固体電解質が製作される。
Claims (5)
- 第1セラミックスからなる多孔質体と、固体電解質を含有する第2セラミックスからなり前記多孔質体の表面の少なくとも一部に一体的に形成された薄膜状の緻密質体と、を備えている固体電解質体の製造方法であって、
第1成形体を作製し、前記第1成形体を焼成することにより前記多孔質体を作製する工程と、
前記多孔質体の表面のうち少なくとも一部に前記セラミックスの薄膜状の第2成形体を作製し、前記第2成形体を焼成することにより前記緻密質体を作製する工程と、を含んでいることを特徴とする固体電解質体の製造方法。 - 請求項1記載の固体電解質体の製造方法によって前記固体電解質体を製造する工程と、
前記固体電解質体を構成する前記多孔層の開気孔に、活物質を充填する工程と、を含んでいることを特徴とする全固体電池の製造方法。 - 非リチウムイオン電解質の第1セラミックスからなる多孔質体と、
リチウムイオン固体電解質を含有する第2セラミックスからなり前記多孔質体の表面の少なくとも一部に一体的に形成された薄膜状の緻密質体と、を備えているリチウムイオン固体電池用の固体電解質体。 - 非リチウムイオン電解質の第1セラミックスからなる多孔質体および前記多孔質体の開気孔に充填された活物質により構成されている第1電極と、
固体電解質を含有する第2セラミックスからなり前記多孔質体の表面の少なくとも一部に一体的に形成された薄膜状の緻密質体により構成されている電解質膜と、
前記電解質膜を挟んで前記第1電極とは反対側の表面に設けられている活物質を含む第2電極と、を備えている全固体電池。 - 請求項4記載の全固体電池において、
前記第2電極が、前記第1セラミックスからなる多孔質体および前記多孔質体の開気孔に充填された活物質により構成されている全固体電池。
