Claims (24)

前記試料の前記流量を、前記第2流量より高いかまたは低い第3流量に調整するステップと、
前記検出チャネルを通して前記試料を流すステップと、
を実行し、
前記試料の前記流量を低減させる前記ステップの前に、前記試料の少なくとも一部が前記検出チャネル内に流れ込む、
方法。 - 試料収集器とマイクロ流体デバイスを含む流体システムにおいて、
収集された、試料成分を含む試料を、前記試料収集器に注入するステップと、

前記試料収集器の表面または前記マイクロ流体デバイスの表面に堆積した試薬に液体を接触させ、前記表面から前記試薬の少なくとも一部を除去して、前記試薬が前記液体内で溶解するかまたは懸濁するようにするステップと、
前記培養チャネル内の前記液体の少なくとも一部における前記試薬と前記試料成分を混合するステップと、
前記試料成分および前記試薬を含む前記液体を、前記検出チャネルの少なくとも一部を通して流すステップと、
を実行し、
前記試薬と前記試料成分を混合する前記ステップの前に、前記試料の少なくとも一部が前記検出チャネル内に流れ込む、
方法。 - 試料収集器とマイクロ流体デバイスを含む流体システムにおいて、
収集された、試料成分を含む試料を、前記試料収集器に注入するステップと、
前記試料収集器を前記マイクロ流体デバイスの試料入口ポートに接続するステップであって、前記マイクロ流体デバイスが第1面および第2面を備え、前記第1面が培養チャネルを備え、前記第1面および/または前記第2面が前記培養チャネルと流体連通する検出チャネルを備え、前記試料入口ポートが前記培養チャネルと流体連通する、ステップと、

前記培養チャネルが、少なくとも100ミクロンかつ2mm以下の幅、少なくとも50ミクロンかつ2mm以下の高さ、および少なくとも5μLの容積を有し、
前記検出チャネルが、少なくとも50ミクロンかつ300ミクロン以下の幅、および少なくとも10ミクロンかつ300ミクロン以下の高さを有し、前記検出チャネルが前記検出チャネルの表面に堆積した試薬を備え、
前記試料の少なくとも一部を前記試料収集器から前記培養チャネルまで流すステップと、
前記培養チャネル内の液体における試薬と前記試料成分を混合するステップと、
前記試料成分および前記試薬を含む前記液体を、前記検出チャネルの少なくとも一部を通して流すステップと、
を実行し、
前記試薬と前記試料成分を混合するステップの前に、前記試料の少なくとも一部が前記検出チャネル内に流れ込む、
方法。 - 前記培養チャネルが、前記検出チャネルの断面積より大きい断面積を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記培養チャネルが、少なくとも0.008mm2である断面積を有し、前記検出チャネルが、0.008mm2未満である断面積を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記試料の少なくとも一部を前記検出チャネルのすべてではなく一部に流し込む前記ステップの後、かつ前記試料の前記流量を低減させる前記ステップの後、前記検出チャネルにおいて前記試料の少なくとも一部を検出するステップを含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記培養チャネルが、少なくとも100ミクロンかつ2mm以下の幅、少なくとも50ミクロンかつ2mm以下の高さ、および少なくとも5μLの容積を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記検出チャネルが、少なくとも50ミクロンかつ300ミクロン以下の幅、および少なくとも10ミクロンかつ300ミクロン以下の高さを有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記検出チャネルが、前記検出チャネルの表面に堆積した試薬を備える、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 第1介在チャネルが、前記マイクロ流体デバイスを貫通し、前記培養チャネルと前記検出チャネルとの間に配置され、前記培養チャネルと前記検出チャネルを接続する、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記試薬が、前記流体システムに保管されかつ封入される、請求項3又は4に記載の方法。
- 前記試料を前記試薬と接触させるステップを含み、前記接触させるステップが、前記試料の少なくとも一部を前記試料収集器から前記培養チャネルまで流すステップの前にまたは後に発生する、請求項3又は4に記載の方法。
- 前記試薬が、前記試薬を含む液体を前記表面にわたって流し、前記流すステップの間に前記試薬を堆積させることにより、前記表面に堆積する、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記試料成分を前記培養チャネルにおける前記試料内の前記試薬と混合するステップを含む、請求項3又は4に記載の方法。
- 前記表面から前記試薬の少なくとも一部を除去する前記ステップが、前記試料収集器内で起こる、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記表面から前記試薬の少なくとも一部を除去する前記ステップが、前記培養チャネル内で起こる、請求項3に記載の方法。
