Claims (9)
- シートをソースから受け取って、各々のシートを選択されたインプット速度で下流方向に向けるインプットドライブと、
それぞれ開放位置と閉じた把持位置の間で動くジョー部材を具備する複数のくわえ爪ユニットを有するくわえ爪アセンブリであって、前記くわえ爪ユニットは各々のくわえ爪ユニットをスタッキング位置の上方に置いて下流方向に動く連続可動面上に組み付けられている、くわえ爪アセンブリと、
それぞれ1枚のシートの下流側エッジがジョー部材に置かれると1個のくわえ爪ユニットが閉鎖位置に動いて、下流側エッジがスタッキング位置に設けられたバックストップに隣接すると開放位置に動くように可動面を操作する制御装置と、
を含み、
前記可動面は、回転スプロケット間に配置されたベルトを含んでいて、
前記ベルトは、ベルトに沿ってほぼ均等な間隔で配置された少なくとも3個のくわえ爪ユニットを含んでおり、少なくとも1個のくわえ爪ユニットはスタッキング位置に対面するベルトの底部側と反対の頂部側にあり、
前記くわえ爪アセンブリは、ベルトとスプロケットを包囲するサイドプレートを含んでいて、
前記サイドプレートは、各々のくわえ爪ユニットのベース部材を案内する軌道を含み、前記ジョー部材は当該ジョー部材がスタッキング位置の上方に位置すると傾斜路に沿って走行するカム従動子を含む、
シートを積み重ねるためのシステム。 - 前記くわえ爪ユニットはそれぞればねを含み、当該ばねは通常はジョー部材を閉鎖位置に付勢しており、前記傾斜路と係合したカム従動子の動作によって克服される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ジョー部材は、伸長フィンガを含み、伸長フィンガはスタッキング位置で外方及び下方に延びて最上部シートと加圧係合し、インプットドライブから向けられたシートのための傾斜路を画定する、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記伸長フィンガは、薄い可撓材料を含む、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記可撓材料はばね鋼を含む、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- シートをソースから受け取って、各々のシートを選択されたインプット速度で下流方向に向けるインプットドライブと、

それぞれ1枚のシートの下流側エッジがジョー部材に置かれると1個のくわえ爪ユニットが閉鎖位置に動いて、下流側エッジがスタッキング位置に設けられたバックストップに隣接すると開放位置に動くように可動面を操作する制御装置と、
を含み、
前記可動面は、回転スプロケット間に配置されたベルトを含んでいて、
前記ベルトは、ベルトに沿ってほぼ均等な間隔で配置された少なくとも3個のくわえ爪ユニットを含んでおり、少なくとも1個のくわえ爪ユニットはスタッキング位置に対面するベルトの底部側と反対の頂部側にあり、
前記くわえ爪アセンブリは、ベルトとスプロケットを包囲するサイドプレートを含んでいて、
くわえ爪アセンブリはキャリッジに組み付けられており、サイドプレートの1つに配置された駆動モータ又はキャリッジ上のモータと相互接続された駆動シャフトと作動的に結合している、
シートを積み重ねるためのシステム。 - 前記キャリッジは、各々のシートの長さに基づいてスタッキング位置を基準にして上流及び下流に動くように構成及び配置されている、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記キャリッジは、それぞれ開放位置と閉じた把持位置の間で動くジョー部材を具備する複数のくわえ爪ユニットを有する少なくとももう1つの並列くわえ爪アセンブリを支持するように構成及び配置されており、くわえ爪ユニットは各々のくわえ爪ユニットをスタッキング位置の上方に置いて下流方向に動く連続可動面上に組み付けられており、くわえ爪アセンブリともう1つのくわえ爪アセンブリはそれぞれ幅広シート又は複数の並列流シートを処理するように位置決めされている、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- スタッキング位置は、スタッキング位置でシートのサイズが増加するに連れて下方に動き、スタックが完成するとコンベヤのある位置に移動する昇降機を含む、請求項8に記載のシステム。
