Description
Claims (7)
- 第1面と前記第1面とは反対側の第2面とを有する電極板の前記第1面に正極層が設けられ、前記第2面に負極層が設けられたバイポーラ電極が一方向に積層されたバイポーラ電極群と、前記電極板の前記第1面及び前記2面の一方にのみ正極層又は負極層が設けられる終端電極であって、前記電極板の前記第2面にのみ負極層が設けられている第1終端電極及び前記電極板の前記第1面にのみ正極層が設けられている第2終端電極と、を有し、前記バイポーラ電極群は、前記第1面を積層方向における一方側かつ前記第2面を前記積層方向における他方側に向けた状態の前記バイポーラ電極がセパレータを介して積層され、前記第1終端電極は、前記第1面を前記一方側に向けた状態で前記バイポーラ電極群における前記一方側の端部にセパレータを介して配置され、前記第2終端電極は、前記第2面を前記他方側に向けた状態で前記バイポーラ電極群における前記他方側の端部にセパレータを介して配置され、前記電極板の周縁部に接合される枠体状の第1シール部同士を前記積層方向に接触した状態で配置することにより前記電極板が一定の間隔で積層された状態となっている積層体と、
前記第1終端電極における前記第1面の周縁部から前記一方側に突出する枠体状の第1突出部と、
前記第2終端電極における前記第2面の周縁部から前記他方側に突出する枠体状の第2突出部と、
前記積層体の側面を取り囲むと共に、前記第1シール部、前記第1突出部及び前記第2突出部を一体的に接合する第2シール部と、を備え、
前記第1突出部及び前記第2突出部は、前記第1シール部の一部によって形成されている第1構造又は前記第1シール部とは異なる樹脂部材によって形成されている第2構造であり、
前記第1構造の場合、前記積層体における前記第1シール部のうち、前記積層体の前記積層方向における両端に配置される最外シール部の厚みは、前記積層方向において前記最外シール部の間に配置される前記第1シール部の厚みよりも大きく、
前記第2構造の場合、前記樹脂部材の厚みは、前記第1シール部の厚みよりも大きい、蓄電モジュール。 - 前記第1終端電極及び前記第2終端電極の前記電極板の厚みは、前記バイポーラ電極の前記電極板の厚みよりも大きい、請求項1に記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 前記電極板は、金属箔であって、前記第1シール部との接合を強固にする表面処理部を有し、
全ての前記バイポーラ電極の前記電極板において、前記表面処理部は、前記第1面にのみ設けられているか、又は、前記第2面にのみ設けられている、請求項1又は2に記載の蓄電モジュール。 - 前記第1終端電極の前記電極板において、前記表面処理部は、前記第1面及び前記第2面のうち一方面にのみ設けられており、
前記第2終端電極の前記電極板において、前記表面処理部は、前記第1面及び前記第2面のうち一方面にのみ設けられている、請求項3に記載の蓄電モジュール。 - 前記第1終端電極の前記電極板において、前記表面処理部は、前記第1面にのみ設けられ、前記第2終端電極の前記電極板において、前記表面処理部は、前記第2面にのみ設けられている、請求項4に記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 前記バイポーラ電極、前記第1終端電極及び前記第2終端電極の前記電極板において、前記表面処理部は、全て前記第1面に設けられているか、又は、全て前記第2面に設けられている、請求項4記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 前記第1終端電極の前記電極板において、前記表面処理部は、少なくとも前記第1面に設けられ、前記第2終端電極の前記電極板において、前記表面処理部は、少なくとも前記第2面に設けられている、請求項3に記載の蓄電モジュール。
