Claims (8)
- 互いに対向している第一主面及び第二主面を有している圧電素体と、前記第一主面上に配置されている複数の外部電極と、を有している圧電素子と、
前記第二主面と対向する第三主面を有しており、前記第三主面に前記圧電素子が接合されている振動部材と、
前記圧電素子と電気的に接続されている配線部材と、を備え、
前記配線部材は、前記複数の外部電極上に位置し、かつ、前記複数の外部電極と接合されている第一領域を有しており、
前記配線部材の前記第一領域は、前記第一主面に直交する方向から見て、前記複数の外部電極を一体的に覆っており、
前記圧電素子単体の状態で前記第二主面を前記第二主面に直交する方向から見たとき、前記第二主面の全体が露出しており、前記圧電素子単体の状態で全体が露出している前記第二主面が、前記第三主面に接合されており、
前記複数の外部電極は、前記第一主面に直交する前記方向から見て、前記第一主面の全ての縁から離間している、振動デバイス。 - 前記配線部材の前記第一領域は、前記第一主面における、前記第一主面に直交する方向から見て前記複数の外部電極の間に位置している第二領域と接合されている、請求項1に記載の振動デバイス。
- 前記配線部材の前記第一領域と、前記第一主面の前記第二領域との間には、スペーサが配置されている、請求項2に記載の振動デバイス。
- 前記圧電素体は、前記第一主面に直交する方向から見て前記複数の外部電極の間に位置している領域に、圧電的に活性な領域を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の振動デバイス。
- 前記配線部材は、
樹脂からなるベースと、
前記ベース上に配置されており、対応する前記外部電極に接続されている複数の導体と、
樹脂からなり、前記複数の導体を覆うように前記ベース上に設けられているカバーと、を有しており、
前記配線部材の前記第一領域において、前記ベースが前記圧電素体の前記第一主面と対向していると共に、前記ベースと前記第一主面とが樹脂によって接合されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の振動デバイス。 - 互いに対応する前記外部電極と前記導体との間に前記樹脂が存在しており、
互いに対応する前記外部電極と前記導体とは、前記樹脂内に配置されている金属粒子によって接続されている、請求項5に記載の振動デバイス。 - 前記圧電素子及び前記振動部材は、平面視で、一対の長辺と一対の短辺とを有する長方形状を呈しており、
前記配線部材は、前記長辺と交差するように配置されている、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の振動デバイス。 - 前記複数の外部電極は、前記圧電素体における、圧電的に活性しない領域上に配置されている、請求項1に記載の振動デバイス。
