Description
The present invention relates to a wireless battery system.
Since a large secondary battery system represented by a power source for power of a hybrid electric vehicle or an electric vehicle needs to have a high output and a large capacity, a plurality of batteries (cells) are contained in the storage battery module constituting the system. Are connected in series and parallel. In addition, a lithium ion secondary battery, which is a secondary battery, requires proper use of the secondary battery, such as prevention of high-voltage charging and prevention of performance deterioration due to over-discharging. Therefore, the storage battery module mounted on the hybrid electric vehicle or the electric vehicle has a function of detecting the voltage, current, temperature, etc., which are the states of the battery.

An object of the present invention is that each cell controller can transmit the data of each cell controller to the battery controller at an appropriate timing even when the data of each cell controller changes while the battery controller is communicating with a plurality of cell controllers. It provides a wireless communication system.
The features of the present invention for solving the above problems are as follows, for example.
A plurality of cell controllers having a first cell controller connected to a first battery group and a second cell controller connected to a second battery group, a first cell controller and a second cell. It includes a battery controller that is wirelessly connected to the controller, the first cell controller and the second cell controller are assigned predetermined time slots, and the second cell controller is a battery from the first cell controller. After detecting the first transmitted radio wave to the controller and not detecting the first transmitted radio wave by the second cell controller, the second cell controller is independent of the time slot assigned to the second cell controller. A wireless battery system that transmits the second transmission radio wave of the above to the battery controller.
According to the present invention, even when the data of each cell controller is changed while the battery controller is communicating with a plurality of cell controllers, each cell controller can transmit the data of each cell controller to the battery controller at an appropriate timing. Can provide a system. Issues, configurations and effects other than those described above will be clarified by the following description of the embodiments.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings and the like. It can be changed and modified. Further, in all the drawings for explaining the present invention, those having the same function may be designated by the same reference numerals, and the repeated description thereof may be omitted.
In this embodiment, in a wireless battery system in which a battery controller and a plurality of cell controllers communicate wirelessly, the plurality of cell controllers detect a transmission radio wave from the cell controller to the battery controller before it transmits itself, and transmit the transmission radio wave. The data of the cell controller is transmitted to the cell controller after the radio wave is not detected.

FIG. 4 shows a circuit configuration diagram of the cell controller. Each

FIG. 5 shows a circuit configuration diagram of the battery controller. The
The transmission / reception timing of the
Upon receiving the synchronization signal from the
At this time, when the data transmission time from the cell controller 100-1 to the
FIG. 6 is a wireless communication timing diagram of the battery controller and the cell controller. In FIG. 6, the cell controller 100-2 detects the first transmitted radio wave from the cell controller 100-1 to the
FIG. 6A is a timing diagram when the data transmission time from each
When the cell controller 100-3 receives the synchronization signal from the
The
After transmitting data to the
T = tL×(n − k)− α ・・・・・(式1)Here, after each
T = t L × (n − k) − α (Equation 1)
In the case of the cell controller 100-1, since the transmission slot number is 1, the reception timing T of the synchronization signal from the
In the case of the cell controller 100-3, since the transmission slot number is 3, the reception timing T of the synchronization signal from the
Next, a method of receiving each
