Description
第1実施形態に係る医療用チューブ10は、図1に示すように中空管に形成され、流体(液体又は気体)を流動可能な医療機器として構成されている。特に、この医療用チューブ10は、先端部側が生体の体内で2つの生体器官の接続部分に留置されて、生体器官が生成(滲出、分泌等)する流体を、体外に露出している基端部側に流動・排出するドレナージに使用される。よって、以下では、医療用チューブ10をドレーンチューブ10ともいう。
図8に示すように、第2実施形態に係るドレーンチューブ10A(医療用チューブ10A)は、分枝チューブ80を空腸200の内部から延出させ、その先端側のみを膵臓100と空腸200の境界部分Bに配置させる点で、上述のドレーンチューブ10と異なる。このため、主軸チューブ20は、第1部位24が長く構成され、この第1部位24は、空腸200内から腸壁202を貫通して膵臓100の主膵管102に挿入される。

Claims (10)
- 主軸ルーメンを内部に有する長尺な主軸チューブと、
前記主軸チューブの軸方向の途中位置から延出した1以上の分枝延在部と、を備え、
前記分枝延在部は、前記主軸チューブの外部から前記主軸ルーメンに連通する流路を有し、
前記主軸チューブは、第1生体器官に挿入可能であり、
前記分枝延在部は、前記第1生体器官と、前記第1生体器官に接続される第2生体器官との間に挿入可能である
ことを特徴とする医療用チューブ。 - 請求項1記載の医療用チューブにおいて、
前記流路は、前記分枝延在部の内部に設けられ、該分枝延在部の先端又は側面に設けられた開口と前記主軸ルーメンとを連通する分枝ルーメンである
ことを特徴とする医療用チューブ。 - 請求項1記載の医療用チューブにおいて、
前記流路は、前記分枝延在部の側面を開放すると共に、該分枝延在部の軸方向に沿って延在する溝部である
ことを特徴とする医療用チューブ。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の医療用チューブにおいて、
前記分枝延在部は、前記主軸チューブよりも柔軟に構成されている
ことを特徴とする医療用チューブ。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の医療用チューブにおいて、
前記分枝延在部の外径は、前記主軸チューブの外径よりも小径である
ことを特徴とする医療用チューブ。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の医療用チューブにおいて、
前記分枝延在部は、前記主軸チューブの径方向外側且つ先端側に向かうように形状付けられている
ことを特徴とする医療用チューブ。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の医療用チューブにおいて、
前記分枝延在部は、前記主軸チューブの軸方向の同位置に複数連結されて、該主軸チューブの径方向外側に放射状に延在している
ことを特徴とする医療用チューブ。 - 請求項7記載の医療用チューブにおいて
複数の前記分枝延在部は、隣り合う分枝延在部同士の軸方向の長さが異なっている
ことを特徴とする医療用チューブ。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の医療用チューブにおいて、
前記分枝延在部の先端部は、前記第2生体器官に対し前記分枝延在部を固定する先端固定手段を備える
ことを特徴とする医療用チューブ。 - 請求項2記載の医療用チューブにおいて、
前記分枝延在部の先端には、前記第1又は第2生体器官を支持可能な先端開放支持部が設けられ、
前記先端開放支持部は、前記分枝ルーメンに連通すると共に前記分枝延在部の先端方向を開放した先方開放部と、前記分枝ルーメンに連通すると共に前記分枝延在部の側方を開放した側方開放部とを有する
ことを特徴とする医療用チューブ。
