Description
Claims (20)
- 液体処理装置であって、
体液収容用試料容器と、
前記試料容器の内部に摺動式で取り付けられており、前記試料容器を、第1区画と第2区画とに二分するフィルターエレメントと、
前記試料容器の内部に摺動式で取り付けられ、前記各区画間の液体の流れを、1つの方向にのみ制限するフローリミッタと、
を有している液体処理装置であり、
前記装置は、前記試料容器内の前記フィルターエレメントを摺動させることで、前記第1区画に濃縮液を作り、前記第2区画にろ液を作る、
液体処理装置。 - 前記フローリミッタ及び前記フィルターエレメントを完全密閉で前記試料容器内部に設置できる、
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記試料容器の内壁に第1のグリップ部品が取り付けられ、それによって前記フローリミッタが処理方法の終了時に前記試料容器内の前記グリップ部品を用いて係止できる、
請求項1又は2に記載の装置。 - 着脱可能な底部カバーを有しており、
前記着脱式底部カバーの内壁に第2のグリップ部品が取り付けられており、それによって前記フィルターエレメントは前記処理方法の終了時に前記着脱式底部カバーの中で前記第2のグリップ部品を用いてロックされることができる、
請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記フローリミッタはピストンロッドの端部に固定されており、前記試料容器内の前記ピストンロッドを使って可動できる、
請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記フィルターエレメントが前記フローリミッタの前記ピストンロッドと離れた側に接続されている、
請求項5に記載の装置。 - 前記処理の終了時に前記試料容器内の前記第1のグリップ部品を用いて前記フローリミッタをロックする場合に、前記第2区画の中のろ液を汚染することなく格納できる、
請求項3〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記フィルターエレメントと前記フローリミッタとの間は取り外し可能になっており、それによって前記着脱式底部カバーを取り外した場合に、前記処理の終了時に前記フィルターエレメントがロックされ、前記フィルターエレメントは着脱式カバーの中に残ったままになり、前記カバーの中の濃縮液は汚染なく密封される、
請求項4〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 液体処理方法であって、
試料容器内の液体を採取し、
前記液体から病原性粒子をろ過するためのフィルターエレメントを用いて前記液体をろ過し、
前記ろ過処理中に、試料容器内の前記フィルターエレメントを摺動させることによって前記試料容器の第1区画の中に濃縮液を作り、前記各試料間の第2区画の中にろ液を作り、
前記ろ過処理中に、及び、その後に、前記試料容器内に格納されているフローリミッタが前記第2区画から前記第1区画への前記ろ液の逆流を防ぐ、
液体処理方法。 - 液体処理装置であって、
液体の収容用試料容器と、
前記液体から病原性粒子をろ過するためのフィルターエレメントを有するフィルター装置と、
前記ろ過された前記病原性粒子を栄養培地上でインキュベートするように構成された培養装置と、を有しており、
前記フィルターエレメントは前記フィルター装置内に回転式で取り付けられ、
前記フィルター装置は、前記フィルターエレメントを通して汚染なく前記病原性粒子を前記培養装置に転送できるように、前記培養装置に接続されている、液体処理装置。 - 前記試料容器は、シリンジであり、前記フィルター装置は、前記液体が前記シリンジから前記フィルター装置に移動されるように設定できる、
請求項10に記載の装置。 - 前記フィルター装置は、前記試料容器内に形成されている、
請求項10に記載の装置。 - 前記液体は血液であり、前記試料容器は、好ましくは、前記血液の凝固を防ぐ第1剤と、前記血液の溶解を誘導する少なくとも1つの第2剤とを有する、
請求項10〜12のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - さらに、結合部を介して前記フィルター装置と結合しており、前記ろ過された前記液体を収集する採取容器も有する、
請求項10〜13のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記フィルターエレメントは、100nm〜10μmの範囲から選択された孔径を有するフィルターである、
請求項10〜14のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記試料容器の内部に、外側へ突出するピストンロッドを用いた可動式のピストンが取り付けられており、このピストンが、前記試料容器の側面の壁と完全に接触している、
請求項10〜15のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記ピストンは前記フィルターエレメントを有しており、
前記ピストンは、好ましくは、前記フィルターエレメントと前記ピストンロッドとの間に配置された養分を有する、
請求項16に記載の装置。 - 前記ピストンは、前記液体の流れを制限するエレメントを有しており、
前記エレメントは、前記フィルターエレメントと前記ピストンロッドとの間に配置されており、前記流れの流れる方向が前記ピストンロッドの運動方向とは反対方向を向くように取り付けられている、
請求項16又は17に記載の装置。 - 少なくとも1つのグリップ部品を有しており、
前記グリップ部品は、
試料容器は、前記試料容器の端部に配置されており、
前記端部は、前記ピストンロッドが突出してくる端部の反対側にあり、
前記ピストンは、少なくとも1つのグリップ部品を用いて、前記試料容器の前記端部に固定されており、それによって少なくとも前記フィルターエレメントと、生理栄養培地を富化されたエレメントと、が前記ピストンから取り外せるようになっている、
請求項16〜18のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 液体処理方法であって、
液体を試料容器の中へ採取し、
前記液体を、前記液体から病原性粒子をろ過するためのフィルターエレメントを有するフィルター装置を用いてろ過し、ここにおいて前記フィルターエレメントは前記フィルター装置内に回転式で取り付けられており、
前記フィルターエレメントを、ろ過された病原性粒子を栄養培地上でインキュベートするように取り付けられた培養装置の中に移動し、
前記病原性粒子は、前記フィルターエレメントから汚染されることなく前記培養装置に移される、
液体処理方法。
