Description
以下、本発明の第1実施形態について、図1、2を参照して説明する。なお、図中矢印Wはタイヤ回転軸と平行な方向(以下、タイヤ幅方向とする)を示し、矢印Rはタイヤの回転軸を通りタイヤ幅方向と直交する方向(以下、タイヤ半径方向とする)を示す。また、矢印Cはタイヤの回転軸を中心とする円の円周方向(以下、タイヤ周方向とする)を示す。また、ラジアル方向とは、タイヤ周方向と直交する方向であり、タイヤ半径方向及びタイヤ幅方向を含む方向とする。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態について、図3〜5を参照して説明する。なお、第1実施形態と同様の構成については、同じ符号を付し、説明を省略する。
次に、本発明の第3実施形態について、図6〜8を参照して説明する。なお、第1実施形態、第2実施形態と同様の構成については、同じ符号を付し、説明を省略する。
なお、本発明について実施形態の一例を説明したが、本発明はかかる実施形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の範囲内にて他の種々の実施形態が可能である。

Claims (10)
- ビードコアを覆うビード部と、前記ビード部からタイヤ半径方向外側に延びるサイド部と、前記サイド部からタイヤ幅方向内側に延びるクラウン部と、を有する樹脂製のタイヤ骨格部材と、
樹脂又はゴムで被覆された複数のコードを備え、前記タイヤ骨格部材の前記ビード部から前記サイド部へ延びて少なくとも前記サイド部の外周面を覆う補強層と、
を備えたタイヤ。 - 前記補強層のタイヤ半径方向内側の端部は、少なくとも前記タイヤ骨格部材が組み付けられるリムとタイヤ幅方向に重なる位置まで延びている、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記補強層のタイヤ半径方向内側の端部は、前記サイド部の外周面から前記ビード部の外周面を通って前記ビード部の内周面まで延びている、請求項2に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記補強層は、前記タイヤ骨格部材の前記ビード部からそれぞれ前記クラウン部の外周面まで延びている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記補強層のタイヤ半径方向外側の端部はオーバーラップしている、請求項4に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記クラウン部のタイヤ半径方向外側には、クラウン補強層が設けられており、
前記クラウン補強層は、前記補強層のタイヤ半径方向外側の端部とオーバーラップしている、請求項4又は5に記載のタイヤ。 - 前記補強層のタイヤ半径方向内側の端部には、タイヤ半径方向に複数の切り込みが形成されている、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記補強層の前記複数のコードは、それぞれラジアル方向に延びてタイヤ周方向に並列されており、タイヤ周方向に向かって前記複数のコードの長さが周期的に変化している、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記補強層の外周面には、前記ビード部から前記クラウン部まで延びるゴム被覆層が設けられている、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記タイヤ骨格部材の外周面には、樹脂で被覆された複数のコードを備え、前記タイヤ骨格部材のタイヤ幅方向の中心部を跨ぐように配置されたクラウン補助層が設けられている、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ。
