Description
Claims (9)
- エラストマーからなる誘電膜と、 前記誘電膜の外周縁より内方の表裏両面に形成され、前記誘電膜の伸縮に追従して伸縮可能な膜電極と、
前記誘電膜の少なくとも一方の面の外周縁に配設され、前記誘電膜を伸張状態に保持する枠型フレームと、
一端が前記膜電極の外周縁に接続され、他端が前記誘電膜の外方に延びる集電体とを備える電歪素子において、
前記集電体は、複数のカーボンナノチューブが繊維方向に重なり合った状態で前記繊維方向に配向するシート状のカーボンナノチューブ集合体、又は前記複数のカーボンナノチューブが繊維方向に重なり合った状態で前記繊維方向に配向し径方向に集合する紐状のカーボンナノチューブ集合体からなり、前記カーボンナノチューブ集合体の繊維方向と前記誘電膜の伸縮方向とが一致するように配設され、
前記カーボンナノチューブ集合体は、前記膜電極が伸長するとき、当該膜電極の外周縁に接続する前記集電体又は前記集電体と前記膜電極との接続部が破損しないように、前記誘電膜が伸張したときに前記重なり合った状態を維持しながら繊維方向に伸長可能であることを特徴とする電歪素子。 - 請求項1記載の電歪素子において、
前記集電体は、複数の前記カーボンナノチューブ集合体が前記誘電膜上に互いに間隙を存して配設されていることを特徴とする電歪素子。 - 請求項1又は請求項2記載の電歪素子において、
複数の前記誘電膜が厚さ方向に積層されていることを特徴とする電歪素子。 - 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項記載の電歪素子において、
前記カーボンナノチューブ集合体は、0.04〜0.3μmの範囲の厚さを備えることを特徴とする電歪素子。 - 請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項記載の電歪素子において、
前記カーボンナノチューブは、0.4〜50nmの範囲の直径を備え、0.4〜10μmの範囲の長さを備えることを特徴とする電歪素子。 - 請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1項記載の電歪素子において、
前記誘電膜は、シリコーン、ポリウレタン、ポリエチレンからなる群から選択される1種の樹脂材料を含むことを特徴とする電歪素子。 - 請求項6記載の電歪素子において、
前記誘電膜は、少なくとも一方の面に、前記誘電膜を構成する樹脂材料と同一の樹脂材料を主剤とする接着剤又はアクリル接着剤からなる接着層を備えることを特徴とする電歪素子。 - 請求項1〜請求項7のいずれか1項記載の電歪素子において、
前記膜電極は、白金担持炭素材料、銀、銅のいずれかを含む柔軟性材料であることを特徴とする電歪素子。 - 請求項1〜請求項8のいずれか1項記載の電歪素子において、
前記枠型フレームは、ABS(アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレン共重合体)、ポリアセタール、ポリエーテルケトン、ガラス強化樹脂からなる群から選択される1種の樹脂材料、又は、表面に圧縮層を有する強化ガラス、セラミックスからなる群から選択される1種の無機材料からなることを特徴とする電歪素子。
