Description
−Mは、コバルト、ニッケル、錫、インジウム、マンガン、鉄、ビスマス、およびモリブデンからなる群から選択される1種または2種の金属であり、
−銅の含有量は、三元系または四元系合金被膜において58重量%から75重量%の範囲内であり、
−Mの含有量は、三元系または四元系合金被膜において0.5重量%から10重量%の範囲内であり、
−三元系または四元系合金被膜の残部は、亜鉛および不可避的(unavoidable)不純物である、
鋼コードを提供する。
i)鋼ワイヤの表面を洗浄するために、H2SO4溶液によって酸洗いを行うステップと、
ii)Cu2P2O7溶液から銅を電気メッキするステップであって、該溶液は、25g/Lの銅および180g/Lのピロリン酸塩を含んでいる、ステップと、
iii)ZnSO4溶液から亜鉛を電気メッキするステップであって、該溶液は、50g/Lの亜鉛を含んでいる、ステップと、
iv)M、すなわち、CoSO4またはNiSO4を含む溶液からM、すなわち、コバルトまたはニッケルを電気メッキするステップであって、該溶液は、40g/LのMを含んでいる、ステップと、
v)銅−M−亜鉛の三元系合金被膜を生成するために、熱拡散処理を施すステップと、
を施したとき、銅−M−亜鉛の三元系合金被膜が得られる。
Claims (6)
- ラッピングフィラメントを任意に含む2本以上のフィラメントを有し、少なくともコア層および外層を備える多層構造を有しており、前記コア層は、少なくとも1本のフィラメントを備えており、前記外層は、複数本のフィラメントを備えている、鋼コードであって、
少なくとも50%から全本数よりも少ない本数の前記外層のフィラメントが、銅−M−亜鉛の三元系または四元系合金被膜によって被覆されており、
前記Mは、コバルト、ニッケル、錫、インジウム、マンガン、鉄、ビスマス、およびモリブデンからなる群から選択される1種または2種の金属であり、
前記銅の含有量は、前記三元系または四元系合金被膜において58重量%から75重量%の範囲内であり、
前記Mの含有量は、前記三元系または四元系合金被膜において0.5重量%から10重量%の範囲内であり、
前記三元系または四元系合金被膜の残部は、亜鉛および不可避的不純物であり、前記外層の前記フィラメントの残りが、真鍮で被覆されており、真鍮によって被覆されたフィラメントが、三元系または四元系合金被膜によって被覆されたフィラメントと隣接することを特徴とする、鋼コード。 - 前記外層の前記フィラメントの少なくとも70%かつ全本数よりも少ない本数が、前記銅−M−亜鉛の三元系または四元系合金被膜によって被覆されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の鋼コード。
- 前記鋼コードは、前記コア層と前記外層との間に、複数のフィラメントを備える1つまたは複数の内層をさらに有しており、前記1つまたは複数の内層の前記フィラメントは、真鍮被覆ワイヤ、亜鉛被覆ワイヤ、前記銅−M−亜鉛の三元系または四元系合金被覆ワイヤ、および/または未被覆ワイヤであることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の鋼コード。
- 前記銅−M−亜鉛の三元系または四元系合金被膜は、リンおよび/またはトリアゾールをさらに含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の鋼コード。
- 前記鋼コードは、6×1、7×1、12×1、16×1、19×1、27×1、1+5、1+6、1+7、1+8、2+5、2+6、2+7、2+8、2+9、3+5、3+6、3+7、3+8、3+9、4+6、4+7、4+8、4+9、4+10、1+6+12、2+7+12、2+7+13、3+9+15、3+9+1、3+9+15+1のいずれかの構造を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の鋼コード。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の鋼コードのゴム補強としての使用。
