Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1にかかる電動機の概略構成を示す斜視図である。電動機51は、筒状形状のステータ1と、ステータ1の内側に設けられた円柱形状または円筒形状のロータ3と、を備える。ステータ1とロータ3は互いの回転軸Cを一致させて配置され、ロータ3は回転軸Cを中心に回転する
図6は、実施の形態2にかかる電動機151を回転軸に垂直な断面で図である。図7は、図6に示すG部分を拡大した部分拡大図である。なお、実施の形態1と同様の構成については、同様の符号を付して詳細な説明を省略する。
Claims (4)
- ロータコアと、
前記ロータコアに形成された磁石挿入孔に挿入された磁石と、を備え、
前記磁石挿入孔は、前記ロータコアの回転軸と平行に延びており、前記回転軸に垂直な断面において、前記回転軸に向けて凸となる中央部分を有する円弧形状であり、
前記磁石挿入孔の円弧形状は、第1の円弧面と、前記第1の円弧面と中心を同じくするとともに前記第1の円弧面よりも半径の大きい第2の円弧面とを有して形成され、
前記第2の円弧面は、前記第1の円弧面に向けて突出する2つの突部を有し、
前記突部のそれぞれには、平面であって、かつ互いに平行で前記磁石に当接する突部側当接面が形成されており、
前記磁石は、前記2つの突部の間に挿入され、
前記磁石には、平面であって、かつ前記突部側当接面に当接する磁石側当接面が形成されているロータ。 - 筒状形状のステータと、
前記ステータの内側に回転可能に設けられた請求項1に記載のロータと、を備える電動機。 - 請求項2に記載の電動機を備える圧縮機。
- 請求項3に記載の圧縮機を備える冷凍空調機。
