Claims (20)
- ポリアミド又はエチレンビニルアルコール共重合体から選択される第1ポリマー材料、および変性ポリエチレンからなる気体遮断層と、
前記気体遮断層に接し、前記第1ポリマー材料と接着不適合なポリエチレンの第2ポリマー材料を含むシール層を含み、
前記気体遮断層は前記シール層よりも気体透過性が低い、ポリマーフィルム。 - 前記第2ポリマー材料は、低密度ポリエチレン、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン、メタロセン直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン、中密度ポリエチレン、高密度ポリエチレン、及びこれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1に記載のポリマーフィルム。
- 前記変性ポリエチレンは、無水物で変性されたポリエチレンである、請求項1または2に記載のポリマーフィルム。
- 前記第2ポリマー材料は、メタロセン直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン、低密度ポリエチレン、及びこれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルム。
- 前記第2ポリマー材料は、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンである、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルム。
- 前記第2ポリマー材料は、未変性直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンであり、
前記変性ポリエチレンは、無水マレイン酸変性直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンである、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルム。 - 前記シール層は、ヒートシールされることが可能である、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルム。
- 前記シール層と同じ組成を有する第2のシール層をさらに有し、
前記第2のシール層は前記気体遮断層と接し、
前記ポリマーフィルムが対称的な層配置を有するように、前記気体遮断層が前記シール層と前記第2のシール層に挟まれる、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルム。 - 前記気体遮断層又は前記シール層は、同一の組成を有する複数の層から構成される、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルム。
- 前記気体遮断層は前記ポリマーフィルムの厚さの20%以下の厚さを有する、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルム。
- 180°剥離強度試験による測定で200グラム重量より大きい剥離強度を前記気体遮断層と前記シール層の間に有する、請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルム。
- 前記気体遮断層及び前記シール層を共押出して接触させることを含む、請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載のポリマーフィルムを作製する方法。
- 請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の前記ポリマーフィルムが複数層に重畳された変換フィルムであり、
各層の前記シール層は、膨張可能なチャンバを画するパターンにおいて、他の層のシール層に対してシールされる、変換フィルム。 - 請求項13に記載の前記変換フィルムを提供することと、
前記ポリマーフィルムが積層される層方向に隣接するポリマーフィルム間に空気を注入して前記チャンバを膨張させることと、
膨張した前記チャンバをシールして、前記チャンバ内に前記空気を封じ込め、膨張させたクッションを提供することと、を含む保護包装材を作製する方法。 - 前記膨張させたクッションが、689Paの負荷での7日間超のクリープ試験において3%未満の減損を呈する、請求項14に記載の保護包装材を作製する方法。
- 前記膨張させたクッションが、−44023.1Paの圧力下での真空/減圧試験において9%未満の減損を呈する、請求項14に記載の保護包装材を作製する方法。
- ポリアミド又はエチレンビニルアルコール共重合体から選択される第1ポリマー材料、および変性低密度ポリエチレン又は変性直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンから選択される変性ポリエチレンからなる遮断層と、
低密度ポリエチレン又は直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンから選択される第2ポリマー材料を含むシール層を、前記遮断層と前記シール層が接触するように共押出することを含む、ポリマーフィルムを作製する方法。 - 前記シール層は、前記変性ポリエチレン、および低密度ポリエチレン又は直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンから選択される前記第2ポリマー材料の混合物を含む、請求項17に記載のポリマーフィルムを作製する方法。
- ポリアミド、変性ポリエチレン、および未変性ポリエチレンからなる気体遮断層と、
前記気体遮断層と接し、変性ポリエチレンと未変性ポリエチレンを含むシール層を含み、
前記シール層の前記未変性ポリエチレンは前記ポリアミドと接着不適合であり、前記気体遮断層の気体透過性は前記シール層の気体透過性よりも低い、ポリマーフィルム。 - エチレンビニルアルコール共重合体、変性ポリエチレン、および未変性ポリエチレンからなる気体遮断層と、
前記気体遮断層と接し、変性ポリエチレンと未変性ポリエチレンを含むシール層を含み、
前記シール層の前記未変性ポリエチレンは前記エチレンビニルアルコール共重合体と接着不適合であり、前記気体遮断層の気体透過性は前記シール層の気体透過性よりも低い、ポリマーフィルム。
