Description
(1)上述した実施形態では、バッテリケース60の幅を左伝動機構43と右伝動機構44との車体横断方向での間隔より小さくし、バッテリケース60の下ケース部62の少なくとも一部を左伝動機構43と右伝動機構44との間の空間に収めている。これに代えて、バッテリパック6の車体横断方向での幅、つまりバッテリケース60の幅が、左伝動機構43と右伝動機構44との車体横断方向での間隔より大きい場合は、バッテリケース60の上ケース部61が、左伝動機構43と右伝動機構44との上面にオーバハングする構造を採用することができる。その際、バッテリケース60の下ケース部62は、左伝動機構43と右伝動機構44の後側に位置することになる。いずれにせよ、作業用モータ4Wが左伝動機構43と右伝動機構44との間の空間に配置される場合には、下ケース部62の前端面が作業用モータ4Wとの干渉を避けるように寸法決めされる。
(2)上述した実施形態では、バッテリユニット6Aは、部分的に2段重ねとして横置き並べた9個のバッテリモジュール6aで構成されたが、それ以外の個数、列数、段数を採用してもよい。
(3)上述した実施形態では、循環ファン6Bによる冷却風によって冷却されるようにバッテリ制御ユニット6Cもバッテリパック6のバッテリケース60内に収納されたが、バッテリ制御ユニット6Cをバッテリケース60の外に配置してもよい。また、さらに別な機器をバッテリケース60内に収納してもよい。また、上述した実施形態では、前記バッテリケース内の空気を循環させる循環機構として循環ファン6Bが備えられていたが、循環ファン6B以外の冷却方法、例えば、自然外気流入方式や、外部のファンによる空気流を流入させる方式などを循環機構として採用してもよい。
(4)上述した実施形態では、バッテリパック6を備えた電動作業車両として草刈機が取り上げられたが、田植機やコンバインやトラクタなどの農作業機、バックホウやバケットローダなどの建機なども本発明の適用対象である。

Claims (9)
- 左後輪及び右後輪を支持する車体フレームと、
車体横断方向で並んで配置されるとともに前記車体フレームに連結されている左モータと右モータとを含むモータユニットと、
前記左モータの左側から車体前後方向で後方に延びるとともに前記左モータからの動力を前記左後輪に伝達する左伝動機構と、
前記右モータの右側から車体前後方向で後方に延びるとともに前記右モータからの動力を前記右後輪に伝達する右伝動機構と、
前記モータユニットの上面から前記左伝動機構及び前記右伝動機構の後方まで延びる上ケース部と、前記上ケース部の後半部の下面から突き出した下ケース部とからなるバッテリケースに収容されたバッテリユニットと、を備えた電動作業車両。 - 前記バッテリケースの少なくとも一部が、平面視で前記モータユニットと前記左伝動機構と前記右伝動機構とで囲まれる空間に入り込んでいる請求項1に記載の電動作業車両。
- 前記バッテリケースの前部が前記モータユニットの上方に配置され、前記バッテリケースの後部が、平面視で前記モータユニットと前記左伝動機構と前記右伝動機構とで囲まれる空間に入り込んでいる請求項1に記載の電動作業車両。
- 前記バッテリケースは、運転座席より後方に位置する請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電動作業車両。
- 前記バッテリユニットは前記バッテリケース内に密閉収容されている請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電動作業車両。
- 前記バッテリケース内の空気を循環させる循環機構が備えられている請求項5に記載の電動作業車両。
- 前記循環機構として、前記バッテリケース内の空気を強制循環させる循環ファンが前記バッテリケース内に配置されている請求項6に記載の電動作業車両。
- 前記バッテリケースは、直方体から前記モータユニットと前記左伝動機構と前記右伝動機構とを受け入れる形状を有する直方体部分を切り取った、側面視でL形状の立体形状を有する請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の電動作業車両。
- 前記モータユニットと前記左伝動機構と前記右伝動機構とは、一体化されたケース構造体の内部に装備されている請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の電動作業車両。
