本出願は、2013年3月14日付で出願された米国仮特許出願第61/782,507号および2013年7月16日付で出願された米国仮特許出願第61/846,831号に対して優先権を主張し、2012年12月27日付で出願された米国仮特許出願第61/746,393号に対して優先権を主張する2013年12月9日付で出願された米国特許出願第14/100,799号の部分連続出願であり、その全体が本出願に参照として含まれる。
図1〜図3は一部の実施例による回転ガイド組立体40の一例示を図示する。一部の実施例において、回転ガイド組立体40は、内側ガターフォーク10と、回転ガイドスライド20と、回転ガイドポインタ30と、を含む。図4Aおよび図4Bは一部の実施例によりともに組み立てられた回転ガイド組立体40を図示する。回転ガイド組立体40は、以下で詳細に記載される整列フレーム組立体140のためのガイドとして作動する第1ガイドピン50の正確な配置に役立つ。

図96〜図98は一部の実施例による完全な足関節置換補綴物1000の様々な図面を提供し、図99は足関節置換手続が完了した足関節置換補綴物1000の位置を図示する。
足関節置換を実施する方法が前述のシステムを使用して記載されている。
前述のように、様々な変更が開示されたシステムおよび方法に作られる。かかる変更の一例示は調節ブロック300および他の関連装置を使用する代りに冠状のサイズ設定およびドリルガイド380を脛骨260に実装するために全体が本願で参照として含まれる共同に譲渡された米国特許出願番号12/711,307号「患者特定手術用ガイドマウントを形成するための方法」、米国特許出願番号13/330,091号「整形外科手術用ガイド」および米国特許出願番号13/464,175号「整形外科手術用ガイド」に記載されたように患者特定探知器マウントを使用する。
一部の実施例において、第1補綴物部品は足関節置換システムの距骨部品であり、第2補綴物部品は足関節置換システムの脛骨部品である。
一部の実施例において、第2部品は第2側面上に第2チャンネルを定義して、第3部品の突出部が第2チャンネル中で摺動しながら収容されるように構成される。
一部の実施例において、第1骨は脛骨であり、第2骨は距骨である。
以上の発明対象は、好ましい実施例の観点で記載したが、それに制限されない。それよりは、添付の請求項は当業者によって作われることができる他の変形と実施例を含むように広義的に解釈されるべきである。
Claims (15)
- 手術用位置設定システムであって、
ヘッドに結合した長尺状のシャフトを含む第1部品を含み、前記ヘッドは、第1骨と第2骨との間の関節に配置されるように構成され、
分岐する第1部および第2部を含む第2部品を含み、前記第1部は、前記第1部品の前記シャフトを収容するようにサイズ設定され構成された孔を定義し、前記第2部は、第1側面に第1チャンネルを規定し、
前記第2部品に結合するように構成された第3部品を含み、前記第3部品は、ベースとポインタ延長部とを含み、前記ベースは、前記第1チャンネル内で摺動可能に収容されるようにサイズ設定され構成された突出部を含むものである、手術用位置設定システム。 - 前記第1チャンネルは、下部壁と前記下部壁から延びる一対の離隔した側面壁とにより規定される、請求項1に記載の手術用位置設定システム。
- 前記側面壁は、直角ではない角度で前記下部壁から延びる、請求項2に記載の手術用位置設定システム。
- 前記第2部品は、第2側面に第2チャンネルを定義し、前記第3部品の前記突出部は、前記第2チャンネル内で摺動可能に収容されるように構成される、請求項3に記載の手術用位置設定システム。
- 前記第2チャンネルは、下部壁と前記下部壁から延びる一対の離隔した側面壁とにより規定される、請求項4に記載の手術用位置設定システム。
- 前記ポインタ延長部は、ピンをその中に収容するようにサイズ設定され構成された孔をその長さに沿って規定する、請求項1に記載の手術用位置設定システム。
- 前記ヘッドは、第1プロングと、第2プロングと、を含む、請求項1に記載の手術用位置設定システム。
- 前記第1および第2プロングは、足関節の内側ガター内に収容されるようにサイズ設定され構成される、請求項7に記載の手術用位置設定システム。
- 前記第1部により規定された前記孔は、その中に前記第1部品の前記シャフトを回転するとともに収容するように構成される、請求項1に記載の手術用位置設定システム。
- 手術用装置であって、
第1端部に配置されたハンドルと本体の縦方向から離れた方向に延びるロック突出部を含む本体を含み、前記ロック突出部は、その中にロックタブを収容するようにサイズ設定され構成された通路を規定し、前記本体の前記縦方向に対して平行に延びる孔を規定し、前記ロックタブは、第1および第2部を有するアパーチャを定義し、前記第1部は、前記第2部よりも狭い幅を有し、
前記本体の長さに沿って配置されるように構成された一対の離隔したレールを含み、
前記ハンドルにより規定されたねじ山孔と、前記ロックタブにより規定された前記アパーチャと、前記ロック突出部により規定された前記孔内で摺動可能に収容されるようにサイズ設定され構成されたプランジャロッドと、を含み、
前記手術用装置の前記本体は、取付ねじを介して第1インプラント部品に分離可能に結合するように構成され、
前記本体は、その本体の反対外側面に沿ってチャンネルを規定し、各側面は、前記手術用装置を前記第1インプラント部品に結合するために前記取付ねじを収容するようにサイズ設定され構成されており、
前記一対の離隔したレールの間に第2インプラント部品が配置され、
前記手術用装置は、前記プランジャロッドを介して前記一対の離隔したレールを前記本体の長さに沿って移動させることで、前記第1インプラント部品に対して前記第1インプラント部品の所定の位置内に前記第2インプラント部品をガイドする、
手術用装置。 - 前記プランジャロッドは、近位端部のハンドルと、前記プランジャロッドの長さに沿って拡張直径を有するショルダーと、を含む、請求項10に記載の手術用装置。
- 前記プランジャロッドは、前記ショルダーに隣接したねじ山部を含み、前記ねじ山部は、前記ハンドルにより規定された前記ねじ山孔と結合するように構成されるものである、請求項11に記載の手術用装置。
- 前記プランジャロッドは、前記プランジャロッドの遠位端部に隣接した縮小直径部分を含み、前記縮小直径部分は、後退位置で前記プランジャロッドをロックするために前記ロックタブにより規定された前記アパーチャの前記第1部内で収容されるようにサイズ設定され構成された直径を有する、請求項12に記載の手術用装置。
- 延長部が突出し始める長方形の本体を含むプッシュバーをさらに含み、前記延長部は、前記プランジャロッドに沿って軸方向に延びる前記プランジャロッドの前記遠位端部により規定された孔内で収容されるようにサイズ設定され構成される、請求項13に記載の手術用装置。
- 前記延長部は、前記プッシュバーを前記プランジャロッドの前記遠位端部に交差ピン固定するためにその中にピンを収容するようにサイズ設定され構成された環状溝を規定し、前記プッシュバーは、前記プランジャロッドに対して相対的に回転することができる、請求項14に記載の手術用装置。
