Description
以下、実施の形態1に係る表示装置100を図面に基づいて説明する。図1は、表示装置100を示す概略図である。表示装置100は、液晶を有する複数(本実施形態においては四つ)の表示パネル1と、リジッド基板2と、複数の表示パネル1の駆動を制御する単一の制御基板4(制御部)とを備える。リジッド基板2は、例えば、ガラスエポキシ基板、ガラスコンポジット基板、紙フェノール基板、紙エポキシ基板又はコンポジット基板等によって構成されている。
以下実施の形態2に係る表示装置100を図面に基づいて説明する。実施の形態2に係る表示装置100の構成の内、実施の形態1と同様な構成については同じ符号を付し、その詳細な説明を省略する。

該制御部からの出力信号を伝達する配線が形成されており、一方向に沿って延びたリジッド基板と

前記リジッド基板及び複数の表示パネルは、前記リジッド基板の長手方向に垂直な方向に沿って、フレキシブル基板を介して直列に接続されたパネル群を構成し、
前記リジッド基板と該リジッド基板の隣に配置された前記表示パネルとを接続する前記フレキシブル基板にソースドライバが設けられていること
を特徴とする表示装置。 - 前記リジッド基板は二つの前記表示パネルの間に配置されていること
