ンギヤ42。以下、同じ。)を浸けて該回転体を潤滑する動力伝達装置の潤滑構造であって、
前記筐体の内部に配置されたストレーナ(例えば、実施形態におけるストレーナ65。以下、同じ。)と、前記筐体の内部の空間を区切る仕切り部材(例えば、実施形態における突出部63a及び壁部64b。以下、同じ。)とを備え、
前記ストレーナは、下方に向かって開口し、前記流体溜から前記潤滑流体を吸い込む吸口部(例えば、実施形態における吸口部65a。以下、同じ。)を有し、
前記仕切り部材は、前記筐体の内部の空間を区切ることによって、前記回転体を収容している第1室(例えば、実施形態におけるデフ室DR。以下、同じ。)と、前記第1室と上方で連通し、前記ストレーナを収容している第2室(例えば、実施形態におけるストレーナ室SR。以下、同じ。)とを画成し、
前記ストレーナの前記吸口部は、前記回転体に対し該回転体の軸方向でずれた位置に位置していていることを特徴とする。
前記筐体は、互いに開口縁で繋ぎ合わされた複数のケース部材(例えば、実施形態におけるTC側ケース部材61及びTM側ケース部材62。以下、同じ。)で構成され、
前記ケース部材同士の間には、ガスケット(例えば、ガスケット63。以下、同じ。)が挟持され、
前記ガスケットは、前記筐体の内部に突出している突出部(例えば、実施形態における突出部63a。以下、同じ。)を有し、
前記仕切り部材は、前記突出部を用いて構成されていることが好ましい。
Claims (2)
- 動力伝達装置の筐体の内部に潤滑流体が溜まって形成された流体溜に回転体を浸けて該回転体を潤滑する動力伝達装置の潤滑構造であって、
前記筐体の内部に配置されたストレーナと、前記筐体の内部の空間を区切る仕切り部材とを備え、
前記ストレーナは、下方に向かって開口し、前記流体溜から前記潤滑流体を吸い込む吸口部を有し、
前記仕切り部材は、前記筐体の内部の空間を区切ることによって、前記回転体を収容している第1室と、前記第1室と上方で連通し、前記ストレーナを収容している第2室とを画成し、
前記ストレーナの前記吸口部は、前記回転体に対し該回転体の軸方向でずれた位置に位置していることを特徴とする動力伝達装置の潤滑構造。 - 請求項1の動力伝達装置の潤滑構造において、
前記筐体は、互いに開口縁で繋ぎ合わされた複数のケース部材で構成され、
前記ケース部材同士の間には、ガスケットが挟持され、
前記ガスケットは、前記筐体の内部に突出している突出部を有し、
前記仕切り部材は、前記突出部を用いて構成されていることを特徴とする動力伝達装置の潤滑構造。
