Description
この目的は、請求項12に記載された特徴を備えた方法によって実現される。
この目的は、請求項5の特徴を備えたシステム及び請求項13の特徴を備えた方法によって実現される。
本発明に係る方法における他の実施形態及び変形例は、従属項に記載してある。
このシステムは、吸引ポンプ1を有しており、好ましくはモータ駆動式電動真空ポンプ、特に、公知のタイプのダイアフラム式ポンプを有している。流動体収集容器2は、真空配管10を介して吸引ポンプ1の第1排出口に接続してあり、そのポンプの手段により発生した陰圧が、その容器2内に確立される。ポンプ1の汚染を回避するため、流動体収集容器2のポンプ側注入口に少なくとも一つのフィルタ20が配置されている。このフィルタ20は公知のタイプのフィルタであり、特に、オーバーフローフィルタ及び/又はバクテリアフィルタ及び/又は脱臭用フィルタである。容器2は、ポンプの筐体(本体・ハウジング)の外部に設けることができる。又はその容器2は、取り外し可能な状態でポンプの筐体に固定することができる。

Claims (8)
- 陰圧の手段によって人間又は動物の身体から流動体を吸引するためのシステムにおいて、創傷カバー(W)内へと通じ、又は創傷カバー(W)上に配置された連結片の上に固定され、前記身体から流動体を取り除く排出管(3)と、吸引された前記流動体を収集するために前記排出管(3)に接続された流動体収集容器(2)と、前記流動体を吸引するために前記排出管(3)内に前記陰圧を発生させるためのポンプ(1)と、前記身体に近い端部が前記排出管(3)の前記身体に近い端部と流体的に接続される補助管(5)とを備え、前記システム内において実質的に閉じられた流路が存在又は形成され、前記閉じられた流路が、前記ポンプ(1)と前記補助管(5)と前記排出管(3)と前記流動体収集容器(2)とを相互に接続し、前記排出管(3)を清掃するために前記閉じられた流路を通して気体又は液体が前記ポンプ(1)から前記補助管(5)及び前記排出管(3)を通して前記流動体収集容器(2)へとポンプ駆動され、前記補助管(5)が前記排出管(3)の洗浄に使用され、前記排出管(3)と前記補助管(5)の端部が、共通のカテーテル(K1,K2)又は共通のコネクタ片に位置し、前記排出管(3)内の圧力を測定する圧力センサ(4)が、ポンプ(1)と流動体収集容器(2)との間に配置されることを特徴とするシステム。
- 前記実質的に閉じられた流路を形成するための二方弁(6)を備えた請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記二方弁(6)が、ポンプ(1)と補助管(5)との間における接続が遮断され、前記ポンプ(1)を通して吸引された気体がポンプ外の周囲へと放出され、前記流路が開放された状態となる第1の位置(61)を備える請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記二方弁(6)が、ポンプ(1)と補助管(5)との間が接続されて前記流路が閉じられた状態となる第2の位置(62)を備える請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記排出管(3)は、端部が前記流動体収集容器(2)内に位置しており、前記ポンプ(1)は、前記流動体収集容器(2)内に前記陰圧を発生させる請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記流動体収集容器(2)のポンプ側の排出口に、フィルタ(20)が配置される請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記補助管(5)が、フィルタ(50)を有する請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記ポンプ(1)は、ダイアフラム式の真空ポンプである請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
