Claims (5)
- 車輪と共に回転する被制動部材を押圧する制動部材と、
前記制動部材を前記被制動部材に対して離接する方向に移動させる押圧部材と、
車両の非回転部位に設けられ、電動モータにより推進した前記押圧部材を保持する押圧部材保持機構と、
運転者の操作指示に応じた前記押圧部材の保持または解除作動のための作動要求信号を受信し、当該作動要求信号に応じて前記押圧部材を移動させるべく前記電動モータを駆動制御する制御部と、を有し、
該制御部は、
前記車両が走行中または停止中であるかの走行状態を算出する走行状態検出部を有し、
前記走行状態検出部による走行状態が算出できない場合、走行状態を算出できているときよりも、前記押圧部材の推力の時間変化率が小さくなるように前記電動モータを制御する、ブレーキ制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記走行状態検出部による走行状態が算出できない場合、前記押圧部材の推力を段階的に変化させるように前記電動モータを制御する、請求項1に記載のブレーキ制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、保持作動のための作動要求信号の受信時間が長くなるにつれて前記押圧部材の推力の大きさを大きくする、請求項1に記載のブレーキ制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記走行状態検出部による走行状態が算出でき、前記車両の停止中が検出されたときの所定推力値が記憶しており、
前記走行状態検出部による走行状態が算出できない場合、保持作動のための作動要求信号を受信している間、前記電動モータを駆動して前記押圧部材を推進させて前記押圧部材の推力の大きさが前記所定推力値に達したときに、前記押圧部材の推力を前記所定推力値に維持し、保持作動のための作動要求信号の受信が終了した後も前記押圧部材の推力を前記所定推力値に保持する、請求項1に記載のブレーキ制御装置。 - 前記電動モータを駆動して前記押圧部材を推進させて前記押圧部材の推力の大きさが前記所定推力値に達する前に、前記保持作動のための作動要求信号の受信が終了した場合に、前記押圧部材の推力を解除する、請求項4に記載のブレーキ制御装置。
