Description
冷却剤および/または潤滑剤をさらに誘導するための半径方向配置(ラジアル配置)の縦溝10が、保持ピン5の外周部に設けられ、これにより、冷却剤および/または潤滑剤が保持ピン5と切削ヘッド2の間に誘導されるようになっている。環状チャンバ11が切削ヘッド2の内部に設けられており、ここで、環状チャンバ11に向かって縦溝10が開口し、環状チャンバ11から切削ヘッド2の切刃8に向けて半径方向供給孔12が直接冷却剤および/または潤滑剤を誘導する。
Claims (12)
- 本体(4)および保持ピン(5)を有し、当該保持ピン上には対応する保持孔(6)を持った回転工具(2)が配置可能である、工具保持具(1)であって、
前記保持ピン(5)の外周部に開口する少なくとも1つのチャネル(9)が、冷却剤および/または潤滑剤を搬送するために設けられている、工具保持具(1)において、
前記保持ピン(5)の長手軸方向に冷却剤および/または潤滑剤を誘導するための少なくとも1つの縦溝(10)が、前記保持ピン(5)の外周部に設けられている、ことを特徴とする工具保持具。 - 少なくとも1つのチャネル(9)は、前記保持ピン(5)の前記本体(4)への移行部に開口している、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工具保持具。
- 少なくとも1つのチャネル(9)は、縦溝(10)に向かって開口している、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の工具保持具。
- 複数の縦溝(10)が、前記保持ピン(5)の周方向に延びる環状溝(13)によって連結されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の工具保持具。
- 少なくとも1つのチャネル(9)が、前記環状溝(13)に向かって開口している、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の工具保持具。
- 前記保持ピン(5)は、その外周部において周方向のセンタリング(心出し)用突出部(15)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の工具保持具。
- 前記保持ピン(5)は、その外周部において周方向のセンタリング(心出し)用突出部(15)を有しており、
前記縦溝(10)および前記環状溝(13)は、前記保持ピン(5)の前端面(16)と前記センタリング用突出部(15)との間に配設されている、ことを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の工具保持具。 - 前記縦溝(10)および前記環状溝(13)を少なくとも部分的に覆う、環状の薄壁化された中間スリーブ(18)が、前記保持ピン(5)上に設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の工具保持具。
- 前記中間スリーブ(18)は、圧力嵌めの方法で密閉式に前記保持ピン(5)に連結されている、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の工具保持具。
- 前記中間スリーブ(18)は、その外周部において、前記回転工具(2)をセンタリングするためのセンタリング用ビード(21)を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の工具保持具。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の工具保持具、及び、保持孔(6)を持った回転工具(2)を有してなる工具の配置構造において、
前記保持孔(6)は、その内周部において、前記回転工具(2)の長手軸方向に冷却剤および/または潤滑剤を誘導するための少なくとも1つの工具側縦溝(17)を有する、ことを特徴とする工具の配置構造。 - 前記工具保持具(1)の少なくとも1つのチャネル(9)は、前記回転工具(2)の少なくとも1つの工具側溝(17)に向かって開口している、ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の工具の配置構造。
