Description

本発明は、皮膚再表面化および再生化などの有益な美容的効果(表面的な効果)(cosmetic effect)を提供し得る、生物組織中、例えば皮膚中などに複数の小さな損傷領域を機械的に生成するための美容的方法および装置に関する。
Claims (62)
- 皮膚組織において美容効果を生成するための装置であって、少なくとも一つの中空ニードルであって、該中空ニードルの遠位端に設けられた少なくとも一つの突起を有する中空ニードルを含み、
前記中空ニードルは、前記皮膚組織に繰り返し挿入され、又は前記皮膚組織から引き抜かれる場合、前記皮膚組織の一部を除去するように構成され、
前記装置は、前記皮膚組織の表面積の割合約0.1を除去するように構成され、
前記装置は、前記中空ニードルを一方向又は二つの直交する方向に、前記皮膚組織の上を移動するように構成された往復運動構成部を含む、
皮膚組織において美容効果を生成するための装置。 - 前記中空ニードルは、前記中空ニードルの前記遠位端に設けられる少なくとも三つの突起を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記中空ニードルの内径は、約0.5mm未満である、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記中空ニードルの内径は、約0.24mm〜0.4mmの間である、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記中空ニードルの内径は、約0.3mm〜0.5mmの間である、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記中空ニードルのゲージサイズが約22ゲージから25ゲージである、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。

- 前記低圧導管は、前記中空ニードルを前記皮膚組織内に挿入する及び/又は前記中空ニードルから前記皮膚組織の一部を除去することを促進するように構成される、請求項33又は34に記載の装置。
- さらに熱源を含み、該熱源は前記中空ニードルに接続され、前記中空ニードルから前記皮膚組織の一部を除去するように構成される、請求項1〜35のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記熱源は、抵抗加熱器または電流である、請求項36に記載の装置。
- さらに加圧流体の源を含み、該加圧流体は、前記中空ニードルに接続され、前記中空ニードルからの前記皮膚組織の一部を洗浄するか洗い出すように構成される、請求項1〜37のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記加圧流体は、生理食塩水である、請求項38に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、前記皮膚組織に、前記皮膚組織の一部を除去することで列を生成するようにプログラムされている、請求項1〜39のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記列は、一以上の列であり、平面パターンであるか、ランダムな配置である、請求項40に記載の装置。
- 前記平面パターンは、正方形、長方形、三角形、六角形の配置である請求項41に記載の装置。
- 古い又は損傷を受けた皮膚組織を除去するための方法に用いられる請求項1〜42のいずれか一項に記載の装置であって、
該装置は前記皮膚組織の一部を除去することで前記皮膚組織に複数の穴を生成するように構成され、
前記皮膚組織の除去された一部は廃棄され、及び/又は
前記装置は新たな皮膚成分を成長させ、及び/又は傷、年齢に関連する皺、皮膚の弛み、光による損傷、及び/又は溝を低減することを促す装置。 - 前記装置は、前記皮膚組織の表面積の割合約0.1を除去するように構成される請求項43に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも一つの前記穴の径は、約0.5mm未満である請求項43又は44に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも一つの前記穴の径は、約0.24〜0.4mmの間である請求項45に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも一つの前記穴の径は、約0.3〜0.5mmの間である請求項43又は44に記載の装置。
- 隣り合う前記穴同士の距離は、約15mm以下である請求項43〜47のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 隣り合う前記穴同士の距離は、約10mm以下である請求項48に記載の装置。
- 隣り合う前記穴同士の距離は、約5mm以下である請求項49に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも一つの前記穴の深さは、約2mm〜約5mmの間である、請求項43〜50のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも一つの前記穴の深さは、少なくとも皮下脂肪層の深さまで真皮全体を通して延びる請求項43〜50のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも前記穴の内の二つは、異なる径、深さ、形状、及び/又は形状特性が異なる請求項43〜52のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記皮膚組織の前記複数の穴は、列になっている請求項43〜53のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記列は、一以上の列であり、平面パターンであるか、ランダムな配置である請求項54に記載の装置。
- 前記平面パターンは、正方形、長方形、三角形、六角形の配置である請求項55に記載の装置。
- キットであって、
中空ニードルの遠位端に設けられた少なくとも一つの突起を有する少なくとも一つの中空ニードルであって、該中空ニードルは基板に接続され、前記中空ニードルが皮膚組織に繰り返し挿入されるか前記皮膚組織から引き抜かれるときに、前記皮膚組織の一部を除去する少なくとも一つの中空ニードルと、
前記中空ニードルを一方向又は二つの直交する方向に、前記皮膚組織の上を移動するように構成される往復運動構成部と、をさらに含む、キット。 - 前記中空ニードルは、前記中空ニードルの前記遠位端に設けられた少なくとも二つの突起を含む、請求項57に記載のキット。
- 前記中空ニードルは、前記中空ニードルの前記遠位端に設けられた少なくとも三つの突起を含む、請求項58に記載のキット。
- 前記キットは、複数の中空ニードルを含む請求項57〜59のいずれか一項に記載のキット。
- 請求項1〜56のいずれか一項に記載の装置を製造する方法であって、
a)i)前記中空ニードルの前記遠位端に設けられた少なくとも一つの前記突起を有する少なくとも一つの中空ニードル、ii)前記中空ニードルを前記皮膚組織に繰り返し挿入し及び前記皮膚組織から引き抜くように構成される基板、及びiii)前記中空ニードルを一方向又は二つの直交する方向に、前記皮膚組織の上を移動するように構成される往復運動構成部、を設け、
b)前記中空ニードルを前記基板に取り付け、
c)前記基板を前記往復運動構成部と接続し、
前記中空ニードルは、前記皮膚組織に繰り返し挿入され、又は前記皮膚組織から繰り返し引き抜かれる場合、前記皮膚組織の一部を除去するように構成される、方法。 - さらに低圧導管を前記基板に接続し、フィルタ構成部及び容器を前記低圧導管に接続する工程を含み、
前記低圧導管は、前記中空ニードル内で吸引を生じさせる低圧源に接続され、
前記フィルタ構成部及び容器は、廃棄される前記皮膚組織の一部を捕捉するように構成される、請求項61に記載の方法。
