Description
本実施形態の空調装置は、高圧で作動する二酸化炭素を冷媒とするいわゆる超臨界冷凍サイクルを備える。この空調装置は、冷凍サイクルを循環する気相状態の冷媒を圧縮する可変容量圧縮機(単に「圧縮機」という)101、圧縮された高温高圧の気相状態の冷媒を冷却する外部熱交換器としてのガスクーラ102、冷却された冷媒を断熱膨張させて減圧する膨張装置103、膨張された冷媒を蒸発させて蒸発潜熱を奪って車室内の空気を冷却する蒸発器104、蒸発された冷媒を気液分離し、分離された気相状態の二酸化炭素を圧縮機101に戻す受液器105を備える。
制御弁1は、弁本体2とソレノイド3とを一体に組み付けて構成される。弁本体2は、段付円筒状のボディ5を有する。ボディ5は、本実施形態では真鍮からなるが、アルミニウム合金からなるものとしてもよい。ボディ5には、その上端側からポート10,12,14が設けられている。このうち、ポート10はボディ5の上端部に設けられ、ポート12,14はボディ5の側部に設けられている。ポート10は吐出室114に連通する「吐出室連通ポート」として機能し、ポート12はクランク室に116連通する「クランク室連通ポート」として機能し、ポート14は吸入室110に連通する「吸入室連通ポート」として機能する。
弁座形成部材16の中央に設けられた貫通孔90は、その下半部が縮径されて弁孔18を形成している。すなわち、貫通孔90の上半部が大径部92、下半部が小径部94となっており、小径部94が弁孔18を形成する。大径部92と小径部94との接続部は、下方に向けて内径が縮径するテーパ面とされている。貫通孔90は、上流側から下流側に向けて段階的に縮径されている。
制御弁1において、ソレノイド3が非通電のときには、スプリング40,78の合力による開弁方向の荷重により弁体24が弁座22から離間して弁部が全開状態に保持される。このとき、圧縮機101の吐出室114からポート10に導入された吐出圧力Pdの高圧冷媒は、全開状態の弁部を通過し、ポート12からクランク室116へと流れることになる。その結果、クランク圧力Pcが高められ、圧縮機101は吐出容量が最小となる最小容量運転を行うことになる。
Claims (7)
- 吸入室に導入される冷媒を圧縮して吐出室から吐出する可変容量圧縮機の吐出容量を、前記吐出室からクランク室に導入する冷媒の流量を調整することにより変化させる可変容量圧縮機用制御弁において、
前記吐出室に連通する吐出室連通ポートと、前記クランク室に連通するクランク室連通ポートと、前記吐出室連通ポートと前記クランク室連通ポートとをつなぐ通路に設けられた弁孔とを有するボディと、
前記弁孔に接離するように配置されて弁部を開閉する弁体と、
前記ボディに設けられ、供給される電流量に応じて前記弁体を閉弁方向に駆動するためのソレノイド力を発生させるソレノイドと、
前記ボディ内に軸線方向に摺動可能に支持され、前記ソレノイド力を前記弁体に伝達する伝達ロッドと、
を備え、
前記ソレノイドは、
前記ボディに対して固定され、内部に冷媒の圧力が導入される有底のスリーブと、
前記スリーブに同軸状に固定されるコアと、
前記スリーブの底部側に収容されて前記コアと軸線方向に対向配置され、前記伝達ロッドと軸線方向に一体変位可能なプランジャと、
前記伝達ロッドに対して開弁方向の付勢力を付与可能に配置された第1スプリングと、
前記プランジャに対して閉弁方向の付勢力を付与可能な第2スプリングと、
前記スリーブの底部近傍の内壁に固定されるように圧入され、前記プランジャとの間に前記第2スプリングを介装し、前記スリーブの底部を軸線方向に変形させることにより押圧されて前記スリーブに対する圧入位置が調整可能とされ、それにより前記第1スプリングおよび前記第2スプリングによる設定荷重が調整可能となる支持部材と、
を備え、
前記支持部材と前記スリーブの内周面との間に連通路を有することを特徴とする可変容量圧縮機用制御弁。 - 冷媒の臨界温度を超える超臨界域で冷凍作用を行わせる冷凍サイクルに適用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可変容量圧縮機用制御弁。
- 前記ボディは、前記吸入室に連通する吸入室連通ポートを有し、
前記スリーブの内部が前記吸入室連通ポートに連通し、
前記弁孔と前記クランク室連通ポートとの間に形成された弁室に前記弁体が配置され、
前記伝達ロッドは、一端側が前記弁室にて前記弁体と連結され、他端側が前記スリーブ内にて前記プランジャと連結され、
前記吐出室の吐出圧力と前記吸入室の吸入圧力との差圧が、前記ソレノイドへの供給電流値に応じた設定差圧に保持されるように制御されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の可変容量圧縮機用制御弁。 - 前記ボディは、前記スリーブ内と前記吸入室連通ポートとを連通させる作動室と、前記弁室と前記作動室とを区画する隔壁と、前記隔壁に設けられたガイド孔とを有し、
前記伝達ロッドが前記ガイド孔に摺動可能に支持されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の可変容量圧縮機用制御弁。 - 前記伝達ロッドは、前記スリーブ内に挿通されるシャフトと、前記ガイド孔を貫通する作動ロッドとを軸線方向に連結して構成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の可変容量圧縮機用制御弁。
- 前記支持部材が、前記伝達ロッドの他端部を摺動可能に軸支する軸支部材であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の可変容量圧縮機用制御弁。
- 前記ボディの一端側から順に吐出室連通ポート、前記クランク室連通ポート、前記吸入室連通ポートが設けられ、前記ボディの他端側に前記ソレノイドが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3〜5のいずれかに記載の可変容量圧縮機用制御弁。
