Description
上記産業車両の走行制御装置において、前記制御部は、車速が零となっている状態が予め定めた経過時間、継続した場合に前記エンジン回転数を前記第1回転数で制御する。これによれば、停車状態であることを確実に検知し、その状態においてエンジン回転数を第1回転数で制御することによって車両の振動を抑制できる。
図1に示すように、産業車両としてのフォークリフト10の車体には、荷役装置11が装備されている。荷役装置11は、左右一対のアウタマスト12とインナマスト13とからなる多段式のマスト14を備え、アウタマスト12には油圧式のティルトシリンダ15が連結されているとともにインナマスト13には油圧式のリフトシリンダ16が連結されている。マスト14は、ティルトシリンダ15に対する作動油の給排によって車体の前後方向に前傾動作又は後傾動作を行う。インナマスト13は、リフトシリンダ16に対する作動油の給排によって車体の上下方向に昇降動作を行う。また、インナマスト13には、リフトブラケット17を介してフォーク18が設けられている。フォーク18は、リフトシリンダ16の作動によってインナマスト13がアウタマスト12に沿って昇降動作を行うことにより、リフトブラケット17とともに昇降動作を行う。
図2に示すように、車両制御装置31は、アクセル開度に応じて回転数指令を算出し、その回転数指令を出力する。この実施形態の車両制御装置31は、アクセル開度が「0%」のとき、エンジン回転数として回転数R1を指令する回転数指令を出力する。回転数R1は、アクセル開度が0%(停車状態(車速0km/h))であって、走行停止状態でのアイドル回転数である。そして、車両制御装置31は、アクセル操作部材34が操作されてアクセル開度が増加すると、その増加に応じてエンジン回転数を上昇させるように回転数指令を出力する。
式(1):目標タイヤ回転数=目標車速÷タイヤの円周
式(2):目標T/C出力回転数=目標タイヤ回転数÷ギア比
式(3):目標T/C入力回転数=目標T/C出力回転数÷T/C速度比
式(4):目標アイドル回転数=目標T/C入力回転数
式(5):回転数R2=目標アイドル回転数
式(1)〜(5)の各回転数の単位は[rpm]である。式(1)の目標車速の単位は[m/min]であり、タイヤの円周の単位は[m]である。式(2)〜(4)の「T/C」はトルクコンバータを意味する。
図3(a),(b)に示すように、車両制御装置31は、車速が0(零)〜X[km/h]の期間T0の場合、回転数R1でエンジン19を制御するように回転数指令を出力する。これにより、エンジン19は、期間T0において前述した車両の振動を抑制するための回転数R1で制御される。
(1)走行停止状態のエンジン19を回転数R1で制御し、動力伝達状態への移行に伴って車速Xを越えた場合にエンジン回転数を回転数R1から回転数R2へ切り替える。このため、走行停止状態においてエンジン回転数が高めに設定されている場合であっても、所望のクリープ速度を実現し、クリープ走行を安定化させることができる。
(3)車速が零となっている状態(停車状態)が経過時間Y2、継続した場合にエンジン回転数を回転数R1で制御する(エンジン回転数を戻す)。このため、停車状態であることを確実に検知し、その停車状態において車両の振動を抑制できるとともにエンジン19の安定性を確保できる。
○ 車速0km/hになったことを契機に、エンジン回転数を回転数R2から回転数R1へ直ちに切り替えても良い。
○ 実施形態の制御は、フォークリフト以外の産業車両に適用することもできる。例えば、牽引車(トーイングトラクタ)に適用しても良い。
Claims (5)
- エンジンと、前記エンジンの動力を駆動輪に伝達する動力伝達機構と、を備え、前記動力伝達機構を介して伝達される動力によってクリープ走行が生じる産業車両の走行制御装置において、
エンジン回転数を制御する制御部と、
車速を検出する車速検出部と、を備え、
前記制御部は、走行停止状態でのエンジン回転数を第1回転数で制御し、前記エンジンの動力を駆動輪に伝達する動力伝達状態への移行に伴って前記車速が所定車速を越えたことが検出されたときに、エンジン回転数を前記第1回転数から前記第1回転数よりも低い回転数である第2回転数に切り替える制御を行い、
前記第2回転数は、所望のクリープ速度を満たす回転数である産業車両の走行制御装置。 - アクセル開度を検出するアクセル開度検出部を備え、
前記制御部は、アクセル開度及び車速が零であることが検出されたときに、エンジン回転数を前記第1回転数で制御する請求項1に記載の産業車両の走行制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、車速が零となっている状態が予め定めた経過時間、継続した場合に前記エンジン回転数を前記第1回転数で制御する請求項1又は請求項2に記載の産業車両の走行制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記第1回転数から前記第2回転数へ切り替える場合、回転数を徐々に変化させる請求項1〜請求項3のうち何れか一項に記載の産業車両の走行制御装置。
- アクセル開度を検出するアクセル開度検出部を備え、
前記制御部は、アクセル開度に応じた回転数で制御する請求項1〜請求項4のうち何れか一項に記載の産業車両の走行制御装置。
