Description
a) 酸性アルミニウム塩の水溶液を、アルカリ性溶液と接触させるか、あるいは塩基性アルミニウム塩の水溶液を、アルミニウムを含有しない酸性溶液と接触させるか、あるいは酸性アルミニウム塩の水溶液を、アルミニウム塩のアルカリ性溶液と接触させるかのいずれかを行って、ベーマイトゲルを形成する工程;
b) 工程a)で得られた前記ゲルを、酸性または塩基性の媒体中で混練する工程;
c) 工程b)で得られた混練済みのゲルを成形して、押出物の形態の担体を形成する工程;
d) 工程c)で得られたアルミナ担体を熱処理して、60〜300m2/gの範囲の比表面積の担体を得る工程;
e) 工程d)で得られたアルミナ担体に、周期表の第VIB族から選択された金属の少なくとも1種の前駆体と第VIII族から選択された金属の少なくとも1種の前駆体とを含む水溶液を含浸させる工程;
f) 工程e)で得られた、金属と含浸させられた前記担体を熱処理して、60〜250m2/gの範囲の比表面積の触媒を得る工程。
・230〜330℃の範囲の温度;
・1.5〜2.5MPaの範囲の全圧;
・2〜6h−1の範囲の毎時空間速度(HSV);
・100〜500NL/Lの範囲の、水素/ガソリン供給原料の体積比。
本発明の触媒は、ベーマイトとしても知られる、アルミニウムオキシ水酸化物(aluminium oxy(hydroxide))(AlO(OH))タイプの前駆体を実質的に含有するゲル化アルミナ(またはアルミナゲル)から得られるアルミナ担体を含む。
アルミナゲルの混練(触媒調製方法の工程b))
沈殿工程後に得られたアルミナゲルは、次いで、好ましくは酸性媒体中で混練工程に付される。用いられる酸は、例えば硝酸であってよい。
ペーストの成形(触媒調製方法の工程c))
混練後に得られたペーストは、押出ダイ中を通過させられる。通常、押出物の直径は、0.4〜100mmの範囲であり、好ましくは0.5〜100mmの範囲、より好ましくは0.5〜10mmの範囲、より一層好ましくは0.4〜4mmの範囲である。これらの押出物は、円柱状または多葉状(例えば三葉状または四葉状)であってよい。
アルミナ担体の熱処理(触媒調製方法の工程d))
押出済みの担体は、次いで、熱処理工程に付される。この工程は、想定される用途に適した物理的特性を有する担体を提供するために用いられ得る。
担体上への金属の担持(方法の工程e))
この工程は、少なくとも1種の第VIII族金属および少なくとも1種の第VIB族金属を、例えば、選択された担体上へのこれらの元素の含浸によって担持させることからなる。この含浸は、例えば、乾式含浸として当業者に知られる様式を用いて行ってよく、ここで、所望量の元素が、選択された溶媒、例えば鉱質除去水中に可溶な塩の形態で導入され、これにより、できる限り正確に担体の細孔が満たされる。このようにして溶液で満たされた担体は、好ましくは、周囲温度で、水で飽和された閉鎖型の容器中で熟成させられ、これにより、担体の細孔中に含まれる含浸溶液の均一な分散が可能となる。
方法の金属を含む触媒の熱処理(工程f)
この工程は、含浸工程e)の後、触媒を乾燥させることからなり、これにより、担体の細孔中に存在する残留水が除去される。乾燥は、80〜200℃の間で行われる。
・全触媒重量に対して6〜25重量%の第VIB族金属の酸化物;
・全触媒重量に対して0.5〜7重量%の酸化物の第VIII族金属;
・全触媒重量に対して1〜10重量%のP2O5。
第1の工程は、高温(800℃)かつ短い接触時間(0.8秒)での、ギブス石(gibbsite)の迅速な脱水からなり、これにより、カイ(Khi)遷移アルミナ粉末を得た。水による洗浄を行って、Na2O含有量を低減させ(3kg/(Al2O3のkg))、その後、先行する処理と同様の、第2の迅速な脱水処理を行い、これによりアルミナ粉末を得た。この粉末を、次いでボウル造粒機中でビーズ状に成形した。このようにして得たビーズを、150℃で乾燥させ、次いで500℃で焼成し、担体S1を得た。
アルミン酸ナトリウムおよび硫酸アルミニウムの混合物によってアルミナゲルを合成した。沈殿反応を、60℃の温度、9のpHで、60分間にわたり200rpmで撹拌しながら行った。これにより得たゲルを、Zアーム式混合器で混練に付し、これによりペーストを得た。このペーストを、直径1.6mmのオリフィスが設けられたダイ中に通過させることによって押出を行い、三葉状の形態の押出物を得た。このようにして得た押出物を、150℃で乾燥させ、次いで乾燥空気中、450℃で焼成した。この担体をS4と表示した。
酸化モリブデン、水酸化コバルト、およびリン酸から調製した水溶液の乾式含浸によって、触媒A1、A2、およびA3を得た。コバルト、モリブデン、およびリン前駆体を含有する前記溶液の体積は、アルミナ担体質量の細孔容積に厳密に等しかった。水溶液中の前駆体の濃度を調節して:
・触媒のnm2当たりのモリブデン原子が約4個である、モリブデンの表面密度、および
・それぞれ、0.3および0.15に等しい、Co/Mo原子比およびP/Mo原子比、
を得た。
酸化モリブデン、水酸化コバルト、およびリン酸から調製した水溶液の乾式含浸によって、触媒A4、A5、A6、A7、およびA8を得た。コバルト、モリブデン、およびリン前駆体を含有する前記溶液の体積は、アルミナ担体質量の細孔容積に厳密に等しかった。水溶液中の前駆体の濃度を調節して:
・触媒のnm2当たりのモリブデン原子が約4個である、モリブデンの表面密度、および
・それぞれ、0.3および0.15に等しい、Co/Mo原子比およびP/Mo原子比、
を得た。
10重量%の2,3−ジメチルブタ−2−エンおよび0.33重量%の3−メチルチオフェン(すなわち、供給原料中1000重量ppmの硫黄)を含有する接触分解ガソリン(FCC)を表すモデル供給原料を用いて、各触媒の触媒性能を評価した。用いた溶媒はヘプタンであった。
Claims (11)
- 担体と、周期表の第VIB族から選択される少なくとも1種の金属および第VIII族から選択される少なくとも1種の金属とを含む触媒であって、酸化物として表される、第VIB族金属の量は、全触媒重量に対して6〜25重量%の範囲であり、酸化物として表される、第VIII族金属の量は、全触媒重量に対して0.5〜7重量%の範囲であり、
前記触媒はさらにリンを含み、ここで、
第VIB族金属はモリブデンであり、
第VIII族金属はコバルトであり、
触媒nm 2 当たりのモリブデンの原子数として表される、モリブデンの密度が3〜5の範囲であり、
Co/Mo原子比が0.3〜0.5の範囲であり、
P/Mo原子比が0.1〜0.3の範囲であり、
前記担体は、少なくとも90重量%のアルミナを含み、前記アルミナは、混練され押出されたベーマイトゲルから得られ、
前記触媒の比表面積は、60〜150m2/gの範囲である、ガソリンカットの水素化脱硫用触媒。 - 酸化物として表される、第VIB族金属の量は、前記触媒の全重量に対して7〜20重量%の範囲であり、酸化物として表される、第VIII族金属の量は、全触媒重量に対して0.5〜5重量%の範囲である、請求項1に記載の触媒。
- アルミナ担体は、ガンマ、デルタ、またはシータアルミナを、単独でまたは混合物として含む、請求項1または2に記載の触媒。
- リン含有量は、全触媒重量に対してP2O5が1〜10重量%の範囲である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の触媒。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の触媒の調製方法であって、以下の工程:
a) 酸性アルミニウム塩の水溶液を、アルカリ性溶液と接触させるか、あるいは塩基性アルミニウム塩の水溶液を、アルミニウムを含有しない酸性溶液と接触させるか、あるいは酸性アルミニウム塩の水溶液を、アルミニウム塩のアルカリ性溶液と接触させるかのいずれかを行い、ベーマイトゲルを形成する工程;
b) 工程a)で得られた前記ゲルを混練して、ペーストを得る工程;
c) 工程b)から得られたペーストを成形して、押出物の形態の担体を形成する工程;
d)工程c)から得られたアルミナ担体を熱処理して、比表面積が60〜300m2/gの範囲である担体を得る工程;
e) 工程d)から得られたアルミナ担体に、周期表の第VIB族から選択される金属の少なくとも1種の前駆体と、第VIII族から選択される金属の少なくとも1種の前駆体とを含む溶液を含浸させる工程;および
f) 工程e)から得られた、金属を含浸させられた前記担体を熱処理して、比表面積が60〜150m2/gの範囲の触媒を得る、工程;
を含み、
工程b)において前記ゲルに少なくとも1種のリン前駆体を加えるか、または工程e)において前記溶液に少なくとも1種のリン前駆体を加える、方法。 - 工程d)の熱処理は、少なくとも1回の水熱処理工程と、少なくとも1回の焼成工程とを含み、焼成工程は、水熱処理の後に行われ、水熱処理工程は、容器中、水の存在下で、100〜300℃の範囲の温度で、0.5〜8時間の範囲の期間にわたり行われ、焼成工程は、空気中、400〜1500℃の範囲の温度で、1〜8時間にわたり行われる、請求項5に記載の調製方法。
- 水熱処理は、担体に酸性水溶液を含浸させる含浸工程を含み、その後、前記含浸済み担体を、容器内の温度にまで昇温させる、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 工程d)の熱処理は、焼成工程のみであり、空気中で、空気中の含水量が0〜50重量%の範囲で、400〜1500℃の範囲の温度で1〜8時間にわたり行われる、請求項5に記載の調製方法。
- 工程c)で得られた担体は、熱処理工程d)の前に乾燥させられる、請求項5〜8のいずれか1つに記載の調製方法。
- 工程f)の熱処理は、80〜200℃の範囲の温度で、金属を含浸させられた担体を乾燥させる少なくとも1回の工程を含み、場合により、その後に、400℃超の温度での焼成工程が行われる、請求項5〜9のいずれか1つに記載の調製方法。
- 水素およびガソリンカットが、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載された、あるいは請求項5〜10のいずれか1つに従って調製される触媒と、200〜400℃の範囲温度、1〜3MPaの範囲の全圧、および1〜10h−1の範囲の毎時空間速度(HSV)で接触させられる、前記ガソリンカットの水素化脱硫方法。
