Claims (16)
- 外科的標的を検出する位置決め装置の作動方法において、
前記位置決め装置内の複数のセンサの各々によって、センサでの信号源からの場の強度を示す強度信号を受信するステップと、
信号調整器によって、前記強度信号の各々を調整して、センサの各々が受信する信号の強度間の相違を吸収するステップと、
マルチチャネルコンパレータによって、受信した強度信号から、位置決め装置の中心軸が、信号源と位置決め装置の中心点を通る直線に合わされる時を判定するステップとを有していて、
前記複数のセンサは、位置決め装置の中心軸と直交する平面内に配置されていて、かつ位置決め装置の中心点から等しい距離にあり、前記中心点は前記平面内にあり、
前記マルチチャネルコンパレータは、複数の強度信号を比較して、これらが等しい時に前記中心軸と直線が合っていると判定し、
前記調整するステップは、複数のセンサの各々と直列に接続された固定素子からの事前の較正に基づく既知の信号強度の読みを比較するステップを更に有している
ことを特徴とする位置決め装置の作動方法。 - 前記固定素子は、予測可能な電圧降下を有する固定抵抗であり、前記調整するステップは、
固定抵抗およびセンサを通る電流レベルを識別するステップと、
固定抵抗の両端の予測可能な電圧降下を計算するステップと、
調整された信号が相互に等しくなるように、複数のセンサの各々から受信される信号を調整するステップとを更に有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記センサは、平面および中心軸を定めていて、前記強度信号は、定められた平面が軸と直交する時を示していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記センサは、回路区間上の等距離の方位にあり、かつ軸を中心に合わせてあり、平面が軸と直交する位置に合っていて、かつ軸が中心軸と合っている時、センサの各々からの受信信号は等しいことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 外科的標的を識別するためのセンサ回路において、
外科的標的の遠位側に配置されたエミッタとセンサ回路の中心点を通る直線が、センサ回路の中心軸と合っている時を判定するための、センサ回路の中心軸と直交する平面内に配置された複数のセンサと、
複数のセンサを相互接続する複数の回路区間とを備えていて、各センサは、それぞれの回路区間上に配置され、
更に、直線に対する複数のセンサの方位に基づいて出力信号を誘導するために、回路区間の各々に接続された電圧源を備えていて、前記出力信号は、平面が直線と直交する時に、予め定められた値にマッチングし、
それぞれの回路区間上のセンサの各々に隣接する固定素子を更に備えていて、前記固定素子は、エミッタとは無関係な電圧源に対する固定された反応を有していて、他の回路区間との較正のために前記電圧源に反応する
ことを特徴とするセンサ回路。 - 前記エミッタは、磁場を発する磁気源であり、前記センサは、発された磁場の強度および方位に反応する磁気センサであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の回路。
- 前記センサは、磁場に反応する可変抵抗を有する磁場センサであり、前記固定素子は、磁場に影響されない電圧源に対する線形の反応を有する静的な抵抗であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の回路。
- 前記固定素子とセンサ間の較正基準を更に備えていて、前記較正基準は、回路区間上の対応するセンサの調整パラメータを計算するために構成されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の回路。
- 前記較正基準は、固定素子の両端の電圧降下を測定するために構成されていて、測定された電圧降下は、対応するセンサの調整パラメータの計算のためのそれぞれの区間の電流の流れを示していることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の回路。
- 信号調整器を更に備えていて、前記信号調整器は、回路区間の各々から較正基準を受信して、回路区間の各々からの一様な反応のために出力信号を修正する目的で、調整パラメータを利用することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の回路。
- 前記固定素子は、電圧源とセンサの間に直列に接続されていて、較正基準は、センサに基づく電流の流れを示す信号を供給し、前記電流の流れは、センサおよび較正基準によって整合され、前記信号は、較正基準にわたる電圧降下を示すことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の回路。
- 修正された出力信号を受信して、修正された出力信号に基づいて、予め定められた値にマッチングさせるためのマルチチャネルコンパレータを更に備えていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の回路。
- 同一平面上に配置された複数の区間を備えていて、前記複数の区間のうちの各区間は、磁気源までの距離を示すセンサを有していて、
更に、前記区間の各々に接続された電圧源と、
前記区間の各々に接続され、磁気源とは無関係な電圧源に対する反応を有する固定素子と、
前記固定素子とセンサ間の較正基準であって、固定素子の両端の電圧降下を示す較正基準とを備えていて、
前記複数の区間のそれぞれは、電圧源と接地の間に直列に接続された固定素子とセンサを有していて、較正基準は、それぞれの区間の電流の流れに応じる
ことを特徴とするセンサ回路。 - 前記固定素子は、センサの各々と直列であり、対応するセンサ素子と共通の電流レベルを有することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の回路。
- センサの各々が磁気源から同じ距離である時に、較正基準の各々からの増大された信号が同じになるように、較正基準から受信する信号を増大させるための調整パラメータを有する信号調整器を更に備えていることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の回路。
- 前記調整パラメータは、区間によって定められる平面内のセンサ間の中心の軸が、磁気源とセンサ間の中心の点とを通る直線と合っている時に、区間の各々から整合した信号を計算するためのものであることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の回路。
