Claims (5)
- 第二バルブよりも応答性が低く燃料流量調整幅が大きい第一バルブと、第一バルブよりも応答性が高く燃料流量調整幅が小さい第二バルブとを具備し、
第一バルブを所定の開度に開けた状態で、第二バルブを所定の開度からリーン側およびリッチ側に変動させて、当該第二バルブによるパータベーションを行うように構成された制御部を備えており、
当該制御部は、エンジンの運転状況が一定だとみなされる期間内における実際の運転時の第二バルブの開度平均値が、当該条件で制御部に設定されている第二バルブの開度目標値から外れている場合に、開度平均値が開度目標値となるように第一バルブの開度を調整するに当たって、排気経路の触媒上流側に設けられた酸素センサからの信号がセットポイントを通過する位置で検出される開度に基づいて、実際の運転時の第二バルブによるパータベーション制御における最大開度と最小開度とを抽出して開度平均値を算出することを特徴とするガスエンジン。 - 制御部は、幅を持たせた開度目標値に収束するように第一バルブの開度を調整するものである請求項1記載のガスエンジン。
- 第一バルブおよび第二バルブは、各シリンダヘッド毎または複数のシリンダヘッダ毎に設けられたものである請求項1または2に記載のガスエンジン。
- 第一バルブおよび/または第二バルブが複数設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3の何れか一に記載のガスエンジン。
- 制御部は、ガスエンジンの排気経路の触媒上流側に設けられた酸素センサまたは全領域センサによって測定された空燃比を基に第一バルブの開度および第二バルブの開度が設定されたものである請求項1ないし4の何れか一に記載のガスエンジン。
