Description
Claims (15)
- 延出する第1、第2および第3の導線を含む第1のプラグであり、前記第1および第2の導線が第1および第2の電気手術リード線であり、前記第3の導線が、第1の電気手術起動スイッチリターンリード線である第1のプラグと、
前記電気手術リード線のうちの一方のリード線と前記第1の電気手術起動スイッチリターンリード線との間に接続された第1の電気手術起動スイッチと、
延出する第4、第5および任意選択の第6の導線を含み、プラグ接続するように適合された第2のプラグであり、前記第4の導線が第3の電気手術リード線であり、前記第5および第6の導線が、第2および第3の電気手術起動スイッチリターンリード線である第2のプラグと、
前記第4の導線と前記第5の導線の間に接続された第2の電気手術起動スイッチと、
前記第4の導線と前記第6の導線の間に接続された第3の電気手術起動スイッチと
を備え、
前記第3の導線が、前記第5または第6の導線のうちの一方の導線と共通である
ことを特徴とする電気ケーブル。 - モノポーラ/バイポーラデバイス用の電気ケーブルであって、
バイポーラアウトレットにプラグ接続するように構成された第1のプラグであり、延出する3本の導線を含み、第1および第2の導線がバイポーラHFリード線であり、第3の導線がバイポーラスイッチリターンリード線である第1のプラグと、
前記バイポーラHFリード線のうちの一方のリード線と前記バイポーラスイッチリターンリード線とを接続するバイポーラ起動スイッチと、
モノポーラアウトレットにプラグ接続するように構成された第2のプラグであり、延出する2本の導線を含み、第4の導線がモノポーラHFリード線であり、第5の導線がモノポーラスイッチリターンリード線である第2のプラグと、
前記モノポーラHFリード線と前記モノポーラスイッチリターンリード線とを接続するモノポーラ起動スイッチと
を備え、
前記バイポーラスイッチリターンリード線が前記モノポーラスイッチリターンリード線と共通であり、その結果、4本以下の導線が使用される
ことを特徴とする電気ケーブル。 - 請求項2に記載の電気ケーブルであって、前記モノポーラスイッチリターンリード線が、モノポーラ切開スイッチリターンリード線またはモノポーラ凝固リターンリード線であることを特徴とする電気ケーブル。
- 請求項3に記載の電気ケーブルであって、前記バイポーラスイッチリターンリード線が前記モノポーラ切開スイッチリターンリード線と共通であることを特徴とする電気ケーブル。
- 請求項3に記載の電気ケーブルであって、前記バイポーラスイッチリターンリード線が前記モノポーラ凝固リターンリード線と共通であることを特徴とする電気ケーブル。
- 請求項1に記載の電気ケーブルであって、正確に5本の導線を含むことを特徴とする電気ケーブル。
- 請求項1に記載の電気ケーブルであって、前記第4の導線が、前記第1の導線または前記第2の導線のいずれかと共通であることを特徴とする電気ケーブル。
- 請求項1に記載のケ電気ケーブルであって、
(i)前記第1のプラグがバイポーラアウトレットと係合し、
(ii)前記第2のプラグがモノポーラアウトレットと係合し、
(iii)前記第1の電気手術起動スイッチがバイポーラ起動スイッチであり、
(iv)前記第2および第3の電気手術起動スイッチがモノポーラ起動スイッチである
ことを特徴とする電気ケーブル。 - 請求項8に記載の電気ケーブルであって、前記第5の導線がモノポーラ切開スイッチリターンリード線であることを特徴とする電気ケーブル。
- 請求項8に記載の電気ケーブルであって、前記第6の導線がモノポーラ凝固スイッチリターンリード線であることを特徴とする電気ケーブル。
- 請求項8に記載の電気ケーブルであって、前記第3の導線が前記第5の導線と共通であることを特徴とする電気ケーブル。
- 請求項8に記載の電気ケーブルであって、前記第3の導線が前記第6の導線と共通であることを特徴とする電気ケーブル。
- バイポーラアウトレットにプラグ接続するように構成された第1のプラグであり、延出する第1、第2および第3のバイポーラ導線を含み、前記第1および第2のバイポーラ導線がバイポーラHFリード線であり、前記第3のバイポーラ導線がバイポーラスイッチリターンリード線である第1のプラグと、
前記バイポーラHFリード線のうちの一方のリード線と前記バイポーラスイッチリターンリード線との間に接続されたバイポーラ起動スイッチと、
モノポーラアウトレットにプラグ接続するように適合された第2のプラグであり、延出する第1、第2および第3のモノポーラ導線を含み、前記第1のモノポーラ導線がモノポーラHFリード線であり、前記第2および第3のモノポーラ導線がモノポーラスイッチリターンリード線である第2のプラグと、
前記モノポーラHFリード線と前記第2のモノポーラスイッチリターンリード線との間に接続されたモノポーラ切開起動スイッチと、
前記モノポーラHFリード線と前記第3のモノポーラスイッチリターンリード線との間に接続されたモノポーラ凝固起動スイッチと
を備え、
前記バイポーラスイッチリターンリード線が、前記第2のモノポーラスイッチリターンリード線または前記第3のモノポーラスイッチリターンリード線のうちの一方のリード線としても機能する
ことを特徴とする電気ケーブル。 - 請求項2に記載の電気ケーブルであって、前記モノポーラHFリード線が、前記バイポーラHFリード線のうちの一方のリード線と共通であり、その結果、3本の導線だけが使用されることを特徴とする電気ケーブル。
- 請求項1、2または13に記載の電気ケーブルであって、前記起動スイッチが、前記導線のうちの1本以上の導線が他の1本以上の導線と共通になる点と電気手術デバイスとの間に位置することを特徴とする電気ケーブル。
